She quoted one price before I got there on a phone call. My income is and was very low! I went there and she said it was roughly $189 to file my taxes. She did not file head of household. Just HORRIBLE! I had to call friends to send money to a maxed out credit card because she said she could not split a payment. We try! Low income people who are disabled and used to work for Walmart! We had a 33% off voucher. She quoted me $129 on the telephone. HOWEVER! As I was going to get only $250 back, she said if they took it out of my tax return, I'd have to pay ANOTHER $55! I WILL NEVER FILE WITH THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE SHE GETS FIRED!

i recommend Mr Patrick for a prep for jackson heweitt, he is super swift but very clear in his explaining your taxes to you! very professional and kind. i have used his prepping service for several years now, ive never had a bad or negative vibe EVER!!!!!! He is super down to earth and has a positive aura,i highly recommend his expertise and humble abode!!

Charlita is amazing . We have been filing our taxes with her for the past 3 years now and she has always went out her way to make sure we were good through the whole process . Love her . Don't go unless she's there lol .
