My man he leave the more then 34 pieces and it's almost 2 months and didn't still have ready our clothes new clothes for dry clean and still not have answer we're it is that's a horrible place always lost or damages clothes

they are very very rud, I brhoght three skirts. one of them have a lipstick, they dont do ther job to check the pockets so the lipstick go to my skirt,she don't paid me a dime never never go to that service

I've been going here for years but after today this ignorant man will never get my business. I arrived just after 7am and asked for 6 items to be done by today. He tells me too busy, very rudely. I said I just need them done by this evening, he rudely starts speaking and mind you, I had driven from Duncanville to come here. I said I don't need this dumb shit. I will never come here again. I went further across town to the friendly ladies at MacArthur Cleaners. No problems. They'll be ready after 5pm. This isn't my first time experiencing rudeness with this same man at KD Cleaners.

After coming here for 2 years, with no huge problems, today I have decided to not go there anymore. I even moved to GP, and I drove the distance to go here. Today, I went to pick up some uniforms, the usual, and the man who was in there was very rude and blamed ME FOR HIS MACHINES BEING BROKEN, after I asked for a refund on my work uniform that was not done like I was told it was. I need it ready by Monday and there no phone call to advise me that the machines were down, so now I have to look for a new cleaners that will have them ready by Monday. I requested my money back multiple times, and when he finally agreed he said he does not want my service anymore, and to not go back. Very rude and this business doesn't know how to handle a situation like that. They should have informed me so I could have taken my clothes elsewhere at a earlier time. Do not go here!!!!
