I recently had the pleasure of working with JDS Collision Center after a minor accident, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I spoke to them, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.
The quality of the work was not only expeditious but outstanding!! My car looked as good as new when I picked it up, and they even went above and beyond by cleaning the interior. The turnaround time blew my mind!
Additionally, their customer service was exceptional. They kept me updated on ordered parts, the progress of the repairs and were always available to answer any questions I had. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and their vehicles.
If you're looking for a reliable and skilled collision center, JDS Collision Center is the place to go. I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need their services again!

I recently had an accident and chose JDS based on their reviews and the initial quote they gave me for the damages on my vehicle. It all started wrong since the beginning. When I first dropped it off, the consultant did not ask any questions, even though I did mention I had already had a preliminary quote. I was under the impression that they would be able to look it up based on the vehicle. Then, they gave a completion date of a week to have the work done. They were done in 2-3 days; I never received a call from them asking about the damage at all, and the work they had originally quoted was very different than my initial quote; unbelievably lower. When I went pick up my vehicle it was still dented; albeit a small dent but still dented; when I inquired, I was told that they assumed that was not part of the accident and therefore did not submit to the insurance. I was told they would contact the insurance again and fix the issue. They called me two days later, and the dent was still there, and all they said was that the insurance had not approved the fix, that they missed. No one called to inform me of this; they actually asked ohh didn't the insurance call you?" To say I am disappointed is the minimum I can I say. Honestly, I am mad at myself for choosing the wrong shop for my vehicle, especially a company that does not care of the quality of their work or take responsibility for their mistakes.

From the time I made my appointment to the time I picked up my truck I had excellent service. Mona the receptionist greeted me promptly, and the adjuster answered all my questions. They gave a time frame of 2 weeks but I dropped my car on on a Monday and had it ready that Friday. 5 DAYS!!!! And the work was excellent. Eric one of the tech kept me informed on my trucks progress. I work at a dealership that has an in house body shop and I still chose JDS and I’m glad I did. Thank you to the whole JDS team

Quick and transparent. Friendly staff: technicians, front desk. Timely updates on progress. Everything went well, overall great experience !!

It might be a little pricey but they are great at communicating and getting things done by the due date. They keep you updated by a text message automated system, which is pretty convenient. They also have a lifetime warranty on the repairs that they do, which I think is a plus.

They did an exceptional job on my truck, they promptly delivered my vehicle back to me a day prior to the agreed-upon date, and they demonstrated excellent communication.

First and foremost I want to thank the jds team for everything. The customer service is impeccable. From the day we walked in and dropped off our jeep til the time we picked it up we was treated GREAT. Our jeep looked excellent. Also they detailed the car and it smelt good. Fantastic and quick service. They were able to schedule me quickly and they had my car done 2 days earlier than I thought. They also detailed my car before returning it and it looks brand new!

They put pink and blue markings all over my car, even though the accident damage was only along the passenger side. There was no disassembly of the vehicle. Instead, they guesstimated a high repair cost, which caused my insurance company to declare it a total loss, even though the car is 100% drivable. I decided to take the payout and keep the car. When I called JDS on Friday they wouldn't let me get my car until the storage fee was paid. I called my insurance company and they called JDS to ask for the bill. But JDS still would not release my car to me that Friday. Instead, I had to wait until Monday (they're not open on the weekends) when they confirmed the storage fee had been paid. Then when I picked up my car they didn't even bring it to the front for me. I had to go find it in the back parking lot of their place. And my car was still covered all over in blue and pink markings. Apparently, they don't clean markings off if you decide to not get the vehicle repaired there. So I had to clean them off myself when I got home, which took a couple of hours of scrubbing as they did not come off easily at all.

I've taken several of my personal cars to JDS these last few years. Never an issue. Very courteous and professional. If you've got body damage, this is the place to go.
