Was that actually greater experience than what I’ve imagined pretty fast washing machines the washing machine machines look kind of new the drying got done very fast and seem to obviously work efficient I plan on coming back every time now and the people of the town within the area at the Denver stores of the shopping center very nice and kind as well

The lady is really rude I got there at 9 and she was hurry me, stores closed at 11pm, like she doesn’t get pay?. I pay for a full service no for half and she continue to do it the whole time I was there, honestly it feels so disrespectful and annoying that u are getting ur clothes wash and the person who is getting pay to be there is hurry u up, like and honestly it feel like harassment, and if u don’t like ur job there’s a lot of places that probably can pay better and pay u for a better attitude to give ur costumer…

Horrible experience. The lady in charge of the laundry at night is very disrespectful, she does not speak politely, she dares to call people "bums" without first making sure that she is just another customer in the laundry. Very bad experience and it is my second time in that place, the first time I put it to dry and went to leave my things in the car, when I returned I was missing 3 dryers and no one gave me an answer as to what had happened to my clothes. After 2 years without going, I did it again today and the same thing happened to me. The clothes disappear from the dryer if you are careless! Very bad service.

Very bad experience with a lady who works there as soon as 9 o'clock hits, she keeps shouting to lock the door, logically if you leave you can't close it from the outside, I don't understand her shouts, plus she doesn't let it be used the bathroom, my 3-year-old girl had to go to the bathroom, my wife asked her please if she could open it and the very despotic lady told her I'll open it right now but she left and never opened it... besides, she answers anything you ask her. angry or if you're going to buy detergent, it's still in bad taste...

My son went at 9:15pm and they didn't allow him to enter, they should have stated until what time they can come in to wash because it says they close at 11 but it doesn't tell you until what time they let you come in to wash the last one

This laundromat was good a long time ago. The lady has become selfish and keeps the bathroom closed with a sign that says out of order. People should be able to use the bathroom as many times as necessary without having to ask for the key. People are there for more than 2 hours and they don't have to put up with going to the bathroom because the lady wants to have the bathroom closed so she doesn't have to clean it. The bathroom is for customers, not just for a simple employee. I had been going to that laundry for 4 years. Yesterday was my last time. I will have to go to the laundromat across the street "AROMA" where the bathroom is open and you don't have to ask for permission to use it as adults. Goodbye Joy wash. The employee will never own any business because of the terrible attitude she has. He wants to bring bad customs from his country. The only thing missing is that you want to charge a dollar to use the bathroom like they do in less developed countries. That lady needs to update herself. It is in a first world country.
