Just when I & Brittany thought we had gotten away from Kameren Nelson insurance company. I have been with State Farm since 1988 I believe. I have retired three agents all three I have high remarks for and would give all of them five stars. Now State Farm took it upon themselves to assign me to Kameren Nelson after my last agent retired and didn’t give me a choice. This place refuses to call you back ,will not answer the phone. .My partner ,she had decided to get on my plan and take advantage of my multiple vehicle discount We already have our home renter’s insurance together. Started it out with I want to say $6X.XX extra charge after her vehicle plan was paid on our insurance no explanation . I made phone calls starting in December to inquire about charge. I have a new phone so it doesn't show the dates. January 15th three times, January 17th one time, January 18th one time ,January 26th one time January 31st one time. Every time I left a message to have Kameren call me . Never a return call. Plus numerous calls from my work phone. Feb 2nd finally caught him We had a decent talk his voice was nice and smooth. He promised to call me back within the hour with an explanation. He did call me back with an explanation but he was stuttering backing up and apologizing for his team I did not trust him after his voice changed . A few days later I call State Farm and demanded them to give me a different agent or loose a 36-year State Farm customer because I did not trust him nor his employees. Nelson's office was supposed to make her plan exactly like my plan on both of my vehicles. They did not they left off rental . Now we are out rent car fees . Kameren Nelson your office FAILED AGAIN. So, Kameren Nelson if you want to dispute this, I will be more than happy to post my cell phone call log to your office so these are proven not accusations. So Kameren Nelson , if you want to learn customer service I DM’s my new SF agent from their Face Book page inquiring about her office , I most defiantly wasn’t going to a 2nd rate agent for a 1st rate insurance company . She replied to me from her hospital room recovering from surgery .

Very responsive and detail oriented! great team members who if not one the other will assist if your agent is not in for the day. Big shout out to Alexandra for keeping in contact with me for the last several weeks and not giving up on me. So glad i made the right choice to go with State Farm! Thank to Esmeralda who picked up and helped me at the last minute too ❤️❤️❤️
