Can you believe they would charge 250 bucks for labor on 4 brake pad replacement? I have the brake pads, I just asked for the price on labor. 250 is theft.

Absolutely DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! I took my truck to this shop to have a bad transmission serviced not an easy job but they should have been able to handle it, this was in the middle of July, 2 months later I still did not have a working truck, come to find out after i decided to have my truck towed outta the shop it’s missing the valuable metal from the catalytic converter and the gas tank is busted, mind you I drove a running truck to the shop to be repaired and towed home a junker. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Last Saturday I went to the shop spoke with the owner he shook my hand said I just need 2 more days. To shake a man’s hand and still lie in my book is the worst of the worst.

Rick is a horrible person and a even worse mechanic. Did not fix my 99 Cadillac DeVille and stopped answering the phone after taking my money for services he did not complete.

Not a trustworthy shop. Never coming back here. I brought in my q50 a few months back for an alignment. The mechanic told me that my rack & pinion is severely damaged and would break at any moment. He said "I can't let you drive this car, it would be on my conscious if something happened to you" yeaaaaaah right. I then went on a search for a rack & pinion, I found one for $500. I then paid a mobile mechanic to come install the new part and upon the removal of my rack & pinion, turns out it was perfectly fine!!! The inner and outer tie rod were slightly bent. I'm now out $800 bc this so called trusty mechanic put me in a panic!!!!! I'm so disappointed.

Where do I even start!
Toni and his crew always make everything happen for me. From getting me and new starter, brand new tires, and helping me find and install a new motor in my vehicle in a VERY timely manner!
Don’t let those old comments prevent you from coming here. With the new environment and new owners, this is the place to be!

No good service not enough parking thieves my loose change was missing when i picked up my car and had oil on my steering wheel and it looked like they has spilled a drink on my passenger seat

Dmitry and the shop went above and beyond,he was even in the rain trying to find out the issue.found it and proceeded to fix the issue ,best price in my opinion and outstanding job. I understand some people’s experience with auto shops but Kens Automotive is for the people Thanks and Great job.

If you're senior woman that goes there you go in for one thing and then all of a sudden something else is wrong that wasn't wrong before you went in all your fluids leaking out that's happened two two different women seniors

That Enrique, the mechanic, is a thief, so he will change the engine to a Ford and the truth is, very bad service. Mrs. Rosy told me something about the truck. The shaggy guy didn't want to be responsible, so I stole his wife for 6 months and returned her to him??

Great Work I had the dealership told me I need it a Fuel pump in my volvo. I tow the vehicle from dealership to have Kens Auto install fuel pump because the price was half from the dealership. And they were honest and find out the issue was only a fuse. So I ended up paying only $80.00 vs $700. I extremely recommend for future work.Service: General repairs & maintenance
