Carlotta was one of the nicest cashiers you could meet, and with good taste in beer, to boot!

Quick checkout typically I wish the stated prices were what rings up at the register. You have to watch it

Not sure about the walk in part at this location but the kid filling my instacart order was great! Placed an order and was here with the hour. He messaged about replacements right away and very responsive. Will use again. Thank you kelvin!

Kroger money services do not close at 9 like it says on Google. According to the employee they all close at 8

I've been a Kroger customer for 20 years but that's about to change. Today after work there was ONE employee assisting about 15 self-checkouts. I waited probably 15 minutes just to get them to clear a screen (which happens all the time I don't know why) and lots of other people needed their screens cleared too. What a great way to lose customers, I'm moving my business to Tom Thumb.

OMG where to start. The cashier last Friday was extremely rude. Things are a mess and they have way expired items in the dairy section. It's a mess. It's a very large store and one half (the produce and wine side) is nice and clean and the other half is a disaster it's almost like a dollar store, disorganized and dirty. Employees are rude and ignore you when you ask questions. I hate the self checkout, their machines don't work well half the time, they only give you like 2 seconds to bag your things a lot of times it goes "PLEASE PLACE ITEM IN THE BAG" when you have already put it there and it makes me feel like they are watching me to see if I'm stealing anything. so I try to always get in a cashier lane but those are slow and the cashiers are rude. And the restrooms are DISGUSTING. Its too bad Target doesn't carry as many things but I'll try to do as much of my shopping at Target where the employees are nice and useful and avoid this Kroger from now on.

Awful experience. With a cart of almost $300 in groceries, I was not expecting to have to bag them myself. After a discussion with the cashier, the option was for her to help bag the items or I would be leaving them all there, period. I refuse to bag groceries when I am not getting a W2 from Kroger. Do better !

What a disappointing experience. I often need money orders for random amounts due to my job. I stopped at this location and waited in line at the money center. I needed a money order for .40 which is a small amount. I was told that the minimum was $1, which I agreed to, and then the employee at the next register said it was more than that and needed to be over a dollar. They called the manager, who took a while to call back. I told the employee I was okay with purchasing a $1.40 money order and paying the fee. The manager called back and said it was a $10 minimum. I have NEVER heard of a policy such as this and have gone to other stores without issue. I asked if this was a Kroger policy and was told it was the manager's discretion. How incredibly unkind of the manager to refuse the sale. It wouldn't matter if the money order were a penny or $10; they would have received the same amount for the money order. I went down the street to the post office, where they were okay with selling me a .40 money order. I have never heard of minimums being placed on money orders, and the staff and management were just being difficult. It would not have affected them just to be kind and sell the money order, whether it was 40 cents or $1.40. This is no way to treat customers and is a significant turn-off to wanting to return. Inconveniencing your customers is a great way to turn them away from your store. Do better.

Selection has diminished; finding a cart that works properly is challenging, and ONE checkout lane open on Saturday before Super Bowl!! Who manages this place?

Their grocery pickup is awful. Ordered pickup last week. Staff told me it wouldn't be ready at my 1pm pickup time. My order wasn't ready until 6-7pm. This week, they called me and said my 1pm order was delayed AGAIN except this time, my order wasn't ready until Tuesday at 10am. On top of that, every time I get pickup from this location, they are always out of stock of something. I have never received a complete order from this place.

Pretty bad experience here last Friday around 9:15 pm. There were a lot of people in the store, they closed the self-checkout lanes and checking out was extremely slow. I was looking for some specific items and every employee I asked was unhelpful, and they were out of a couple of things or the shelves were such a mess that I couldn't find them. But the worst was the cashier...I made a little joke about the lines, and she almost bit my head off...telling me that customers expect too much (like not standing in line for 25 minutes on a Friday evening, maybe?), that they can't hire more people and that she's tired of customers complaining. As soon as I paid she turned off her light and left my stuff for me to bag. Funny, the Target a couple hundred yards north doesn't seem to have those issues. The employees there are actually helpful and nice! Checking out during the evening can also be a bit slow there, but overall it's a much better experience. Hell, even the Wal-Mart seems to be better stocked and have better service. The great thing about this Kroger is that there are many better, friendlier options nearby. Next time I'll go to Sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, Wal-mart, or drive a bit to the Tom Thumb by the Four Seasons. But I'm not coming to this Kroger again.

They're always moving stuff around. After shopping there I still have to shop Walmart or others to finish. More often than not I have to bag my own groceries. Most of their sales are on their own brands, seldom name brands. Their brands should be discounted as the regular price. Just a way to gouge another penny on their own products. I seldom talk to one of the employees who is a happy Kroger employee.

This store's advantage is its size -- its choice of products. You can spend a lot of time here and get lots of exercise. Unfortunately, employees are in short supply. Want someone to bag your groceries? Not a chance -- get ready to roll up your own sleeves. Have a cartful and are concerned that 75% of the checkouts changed to self-checkouts without enough space to even bag your own groceries? Well hold my beer: half the self checkouts are now closed apparently because of a shortage of employees. When you can't even staff enough people to have 1 per 6-7 self checkouts, you know this store has a problem. Concerned about safety and theft in your local neighborhood store? Well, enjoy the newly installed "gates" at the doorways, making it even more difficult to get in and out of the store. Expect orderly and well-stocked shelves? Guess again -- shoppers wanting to take advantage of post Christmas sales found many shelves disorganized. Hit by a tornado may be a better description. One can only hope that some savvy developer will read this review and open a decent new grocery store to serve the community and offer some competition so Kroger may get their act together.

Zero checkout lanes open which was not ideal but tolerable. Self checkout attendant Olivia was terrible. She was absolutely rude and definitely didn't want to be there. She made it a point to roll her eyes at multiple customers including myself and a look of disgust on her face when checkout station requested cashier assistance. Also no need to yell "next!" to customers like a cattle call... nor use AirPods while on the clock in guest facing areas... very disappointed in service or lack thereof
