Bad customer service ever

The Pharmacy Manager Laura needs her license revoked. She would not let me pick up my prescription which is a controlled substance because I picked up the previous one a few days after it was filled. So although the insurance paid for it she wouldn’t let me pick it up til the date she stated. I waited the time frame albeit I asked to speak with a Manager and because I am recovering from Strep, I sent someone to pick it up. She denied him and when I called up there she said only I could pick it up. Mind you, the man was Mexican. I told her where was the policy that stated I had to pick it up and that any adult with valid ID could not pick it up. She kept saying the same things and when I said it sounded as though she was being racist because he was Mexican and not every Mexican in America has drug-dealings she hung up on me. I am filing a corporate complaint and I think she is using racial bias to implement her own policies versus corporate policies. Totally unacceptable.

This new pharmacist is rude. She actually yelled at me over one of her employees mistakes. Because he is new how am I supposed to know that or why is that my problem.

I know people do not review this Kroger as being a good store, but it is Kroger, not Whole Foods. Seems good to me. If you are in the area and need groceries, this is a decent store.

Arrived at the deli a tad before 8pm and was refused service. Customer service had to call for help 3xs before asst manager came 20 minutes later just to tell us the deli gets an hour to clean. The sign CLEARLY states "PROUDLY SERVING YOU 8am - 9pm"!!!! Management do better! Change your hours serving sign because this is false advertisement!

Great prices, large store. Did not find the staff particularly overly helpful. Walk in and look lost (looking above at signs, stationary) they just walk right by.

I use the pharmacy a few times when picking up my prescription. And no greeting at all. It's early in the day and the clerk acts rude doesn't say hi or how may I help you all she says is "date of birth? I've live in countries where clerks are way more professional and thist makes me ashamed of US custome service. I hope a manager or CEO is reading this

This Kroger is the bane of my existence - so much so that I live in the neighborhood that borders it and choose to drive to further stores (even in a pinch). From the app never working, to produce which is always on it's last leg, to pretty dangerous scene after dark - lots of drunks loitering and harassing customers for money (hence the police cams IN the parking lot), which management shows zero concern with - this Kroger is an absolute mess. *Only positive to note is the older gentleman who works the self checkout area is a saint - being patient with all customers and seeming to brighten up the rest of the experience.

My son went to kroger to buy some meat for dinner. He saw huge packages of pork roast. When I opened one there was this strong smell of death. Put them both in the bags and went to return them. They said we don't take back items on sale. Oh but they "CAN" sell it? Seriously. In this time of food insecurity - I was sure they would take them back. I WILL NOT SHOP AT KROGER AGAIN. I still have Tom Thumb, Aldi"s, El Rancho, Target, La Fiesta to get everything I need. There is a huge difference is in cleanliness between kroger and El Rancho. Everything is placed neatly. Found out they accept returns without a receipt. No questions asked. THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Its closes before time half hour to 45 minutes earlier, so they should not say they close at 12:00pm because they DO NOT.
