Would put zero stars if I could, from the point of a person who has worked here at this location. This is one of the worst, dirtiest, and rudest Kroger stores in possibly all of Texas. Store manager Sergio has consistently been rude and disrespectful towards other workers vendors and customers without any regard for themselves. He has little man syndrome and is trying to compensate constantly by displaying his ”power” to others. The backrooms are filthy and workers are constantly seen cutting fruits without gloves after leaving the sales floor. Mold is rampant across the store yet there is no sign of change. Constant harassment from staff due to Sergio’s lack of communication and social skills causes rude interactions and miscommunication between vendors and employees. This Kroger couldn’t possibly get worse. It has hit rock bottom and then the floor broke beneath it and it fell even further. For the sake of your health and dignity as a human, do NOT shop here and make it heard that this store is an active violation of safety to the community of Irving.

This place is the worst. The owner of this establishment has given the order to steal the cars. He is a thief, an average living person. One goes down to do the errand. When he returns, the car is no longer there.

I've had several encounters with Sean over a coupon! Today I told.him I purchased romaine and he replies "I saw it on the receipt, but it didn't say 'Private Selection ' so he wouldn't honor a 60 cent coupon. After loading everything in my car I found the Private Selection Romaine and bought it back in n asked for a full refund. This is the 2nd time he's hassled me over what the coupon n receipt say n BOTH times he was wrong!! Today was the last straw. By the way, 5 stars to the fresh meat guy! Very friendly n informative!

I just bought Purdue ground chicken with a past due experation date that was stocked and could have caused food poisoning. The chicken smelled rancid when I opened it. They need to improve their quality control of their merchandise.

Please do not by any means order to pick up! Horrible customer service, I had to wait 45 minutes for my order! I got out of my car twice and called multiple times to see what the wait was apparently no one could tell me! Never going back to this dirty store again!
