First time at Kroger in the area and worst experience spent over 175.00 on NOTHING literally. My catfish I purchased was spoiled and I did not get to take it back smelled horrible just trashed it . The fruit didn't last either . Never coming here again.

Click recent and all last year reviews are 1 star. This used to be a good place. Customer service is non existent. They don't keep anything stocked every day not just now and then and blame the prior shift. They continue to employ people with bad attitudes. The problem is management "I'll put in a request". They continue to drive this location further into closing.

Arrived at 11:39 PM, and the employee had already locked the doors and refused to let me into the store. You ARE NOT ALLOWED to close early for ANY reason unless given approval from your superiors, what really offended me was once I got back into my car, a mother and child tried to get into the doors and HE LET THEM INSIDE! I hate to take it where I’m about to go with this but why else would he pick and choose? Because I’m white? Why did the family of color get to go inside? Why was this employee discriminating against me? I’m so upset, I have important things I needed to get, and the store wasn’t CLOSED! I work nights and I even left work early in order to race here just to be told by him he wasn’t letting me in! I’m definitely calling management tomorrow and yes I DONT MIND being a Karen or “that” customer! I got you boo, you finna see??

This specific Kroger is just okay. They don't even carry a basic vegan/vegetarian essential like tofu. No vegan cheese. They don't have a section for those options unlike the other 2 Krogers near by. The store smells horrendous upon walking in (burnt chicken), the employees are no help and the aisles always have something in the way. I spoke with the store manager a month ago about the broken child belts in the carts and he said he would order replacements...but here we are a month later with broken belts.

I have never had issues with this Kroger but I went to get gas and decided to get a power ball and mega million one ticket each that’s 6$ . I gave the lady 20$ and she only gave me back 9 $ back and kept 5$ ? Doe’s Kroger charge extra ? I am confused

Very bad customer service I placed an order online to be delivered sat 9/23 today between 7 and 8am. They never came. I decided to call customer service she told they had a delay. They won't be delivered till 2pm. Sorry canceling order. The bad part is they took my $29 they didn't credit it back to my card. And my order was never cancelled. I won't be shopping with Kroger's online bad service ?? I will go to the store and talk to the manager and tell them to credit my money back.

Worst experience ever and very unprofessional stuff! We went tonight to buy some cokes on sale and a worker told us that we couldn't buy there because we were in the store earlier. We weren't at this store for weeks, and he rudely insisted that we were not allowed to buy there, he took away our cart and we had to talked with the manager. When we were leaving the store, we could see the worker treating other customers rudely and we tried to help them, and another store manager screamed at us that we had to leave the store because this problem "were not our business". Awful customer service. We will NEVER come back again.

We have spent a lot of money at this store over the years and we have been loyal customers. We needed to get butane for our grill. There were three containers that had the blue seal and unopened. After asking an associate at the customer service counter to assist us with the butane purchase, she said they were out of butane. My husband asked her to simply come look and see that they indeed did have 3 containers. She turned to her manager and he shrugged his shoulders and said "no." It was so frustrating. Now we have to go to another store. And we will continue to go to another store, never shopping at Sixth Street Kroger again.

Today we ordered online for pick up. Pick up was set between 5:30-6:00.Arrived at 5:40 after pick up had been confirmed. 10 minutes after checking in..and nothing. Called the phone number and after 5 minutes of been on hold finally got a hold of a Manager and expressed my concerns. He reassured me order would be out in 10 minutes, apologizing because most employees had moved to Albertsons. Fine I understand,but why not delay the order on the app? Stayed a little longer and when the clock hit 6:35 I called again to speak to a Manager. Different Manager this time,(didn't catch a name but it was a guy) but I just asked to cancel my order. This person just said "Thanks, Bye".Never apologized, never asked details.He hung up before I could even ask for a name just in case my order wasn't canceled. No wonder the store is going downhill. This kind of Management doesn't help.

No stars if I could. Amber has the worst customer service and had absolute no respect at all to me! She was rude, super prepotent and obnoxious! Im willing to go to another travel to another store just to avoid this arrogant woman.
