I wish they knew about customer service. They have horrible attitudes. I go to any other store if I can. This is a last resort. Dont expect anybody to help you. This kroger sucks.

Hate the carts here as they lock for no apparent reason... inside the store. The meat department and floral team run this tightly packed store. It must be a little older as the grid system has leaked every square inch out of this place. I would move it a few doors down for a year, raze it, and rebuild.

They've now started putting up big yellow sale signs on things like avocados, the only visible price, which is a digital coupon price. Pay close attention at the register because there's a fun 150% upcharge on these items if you aren't paying attention.
Kroger is an evil abusive corporation actively trying to steal from you. Go shop at the Aldi a few minutes south, where you at least don't have to be concerned about highly deceptive pricing and gimmicks to try and steal from customers.
Also, in case you weren't aware Kroger recently tried to merge with Albertsons/Tom Thumb so they'd have no competition and be able to be even more horrible to consumers. To whichever employee gets to read this and is probably going to leave some PR response. Quit. You work for a horrible company actively stealing from it's customers.

I like Krogers I only don't like their shopping carts. They are too big and bulky. They have a few small one's and you should get more. Also! I wish you sold Goya Hot Sauce Salsa Picante. I am happy that you have Goya products on your shelf. I love getting my meat at Krogers it's always nice and clean. Oh! your fish market is also great.

My small neighborhood Kroger has changed ( not for the better). When I go into other Kroger stores, I see cleanliness and order….. no longer the case here. The ONE cashier spent over 7 minutes trying to figure out the price for an item - she never succeeded , so she negotiated a price with the customer. In my case, she said I was wrong (a sign sale price) unless I could point to it on a paper flyer. Her other shortcomings were the result of inadequate training. Kroger is a my favorite grocery store. I’ll just stop shopping at this particular store.UPDATE: Pharmacy awful

the customer service desk staff is great.the 2 young men Marco and Lazio and the lady Mara are great and very helpful when it comes to any issues. an old man like me is very grateful for them
