there was no body on the cashier line so i went there for check out. the young lady who looks quite grumpy scanned every items and slide down all the items and leave as it is without keeping inside the plastic bag and was just standing turning her head on the other side. then i started filling all my goods inside the bag.every store including kroger in different location, all the cashier always looks welcoming , greet properly and helps filling the items in the bag but here i found a rude lady. if the customer are greeting you nicely please you do the same and try to help them because that is what you are getting pay for.

If I can rate I will give -zero poor performance for the ladies who assist in self service. One rude, next ignoring your presence if you need help. Even they are not busy and only talking on their private life. Need more training on how to handle work!

3/19 from my many visits here, this store is one of the better Kroger store locations. They have a nice selection of freezer items, produce, and occasionally they have an assortment of reduced price items that will be worth your while. You'll want to ask where they are in store if you can't find any, but they're in more places around the aisles than you'll find in other Kroger locations. Staff is OK here very helpful no unsavory attitude to mention. They could use some gestures and words of uplifting kindness, if you're passing through, I notice that of many people in the area. Spread the love, dear ones! God loves you and thanks everyone for doing your great work.

I always go to the staff always helping but now there was a brunette and she was so reluctant to help first and last time that I'm there I don't know why they put people like that to work if they don't want to work they should give work to someone who does want to work

Whoever is responsible for the changes in the store, STOP IT!!! I had so much troubles finding the simplest of items. Change for the sake of change is rarely good. Your racks of bottled water completely blocks off the dairy wall. Canned soda blocks the bank and pharmacy. I searched frozen goods three times for meatballs, finally found them under a sign, “Vegetarian”. Great irony, or stupidity. And to make matters worse, you’ve ended the 4x gas rewards on Friday. That was my main reason to stay with Kroger. Tom Thumb or HEB, here I come.

This location has an excellent team! I was looking for an item and walked from one end of the store to the other but couldn’t find it. I asked a staff member for help, and even though he was busy stocking shelves, he stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way to the product I needed. Great service and much appreciated!

I have to come here because of the variety of healthy items there is but when it comes to paying it is always the same torment, many machines and only some of them work, the others along with the tills are closed and for a change the ones that work are always slow and the system is very sensitive which makes me waste a lot of time

I will never order delivery from this place again. They were 40 minutes late and didn't deliver half of my order so than I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get a refund they will take 5 days.
