All their isles had shelves stocked with a great varieties of almost every product imaginable. Loved this location! Store was clean, employees helpful and a good value. Visited several times during my stay.

extremely rude at the customer service desk, The lady at the customer service is extremely rude and doesn't have a pleasant demeanor, When asked for a shopping bag she saI'd "can't you see I am working on something and you can't wait"" is not OK, I do not write reviews good or bad but I was extremely disappointed and offended by the comments, I will not recommend this store at all. I hope this branch manager will role up selves and takes the reviews seriously and train its staff properly,

My "brother in law" Bob who was working carts outside today is a literal angel. He made my whole day and helped me with unloading my groceries into my car while I juggled my 4 month old baby who was nearly falling out of the carrier. Thank you Bob!

I’ve never been more disgraced at a Kroger in my life. Employees were not efficient or helpful. We tried to buy a singular bottle of wine as a gift. At the cashier, rather than carding just the individual purchasing the product they were carding the whole party she came with. So as a result, since not everybody had an ID we could not purchase the gift because according to the manager, “it is Texas law that everyone needs to be carded. Not just the individual purchasing the alcohol “. Regardless of the party being 22+, because one person did not have their ID the individual making the purchase could not do so. This is not Texas law. This is discrimination. Unless this is a NEW store policy, never have I had that happen to me before at a bar, liquor store, or other grocery store. Truly unprofessional behavior and knowledge of the law.

Kroger, you did an awesome job at chasing away a customer! I am happy to announce that I will no longer be spending my money in your stores. I decided to stop shopping inside because too many times I had a person at the register just stand there, almost impatiently waiting for ME to catch up bagging my OWN groceries while they stood there, waiting on me, so they could speed-scan more because they ran out of room to fit more groceries down the conveyor belt. And were so kind NOT to stop it from moving and smashing half of my things... surprisingly, I still shopped at Kroger and decided to go to grocery pick-up. The issues there were a real piece of work. Always gave me the wrong items, forgot items (even though I was charged as if they were put in my bags...) to suddenly, my groceries were never ready at the time I had chosen to pick them up, forcing me to start choosing and earlier time, just to get them ON time... now, I decided to STILL stay with Kroger and go with delivery. UGH!!!! Now, I had to call to find out where the heck my groceries were because they hadn't been delivered within the 1hr time I chose! The lady I spoke with in customer service informed me that groceries were running late and I should receive mine in another 45 minutes to an hour?!?! Why is your staff trained to NOT give the respect of letting people know this??? I, like a bunch of others, I'm sure, have other things to do besides just sit here and wait on something that will now be 2hrs late, and I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO CALL CUST SVC just to find this out??? I did not wish to or care to receive my groceries at 9p at night!!!! I had other things I absolutely needed to do and sit here waiting for something that I didn't even know would be so late was NOT part of that!!! At least give some respect to your customers and call them when it's known that things are running late and allow us to decide or choose if we are even ok with or can do the altered delivery time!!! WTH?!?! This was the final straw. Y'all clearly do not care about your customers, and it shows, plain as day. For all the surveys you've sent me, and for how honest I was when I filled each and every one out... nothing has changed, and at this point, I feel my hard earned money and time is way more valuable elsewhere.

Very poor service and rude staff. I tried grocery pickup from here and they delayed it by 3 hours without offering any reason for why it was so late. And they still hadn’t picked the order yet. I ended up having to cancel. Do not waste your time and money here. The staff is horrible and extremely rude.

Very bad customer service, they don’t accept your return after 3 days even if the stuff you bought were no good for human consumption. I asked just to return the products without a refund, they refused to take them and pointed to the trash and asked me to throw them away, I don’t have it in me to throw food in the garbage when i see people are dying from hunger all over the world. I never liked shopping in Kroger, unorganised, messy, and not welcoming. I wish HEB opens a branch in this area.

The morning Self checkout cashier on the produce side snached the groceries out of my hand and threw them in a basket after I kept having trouble with the machines and wanted to go to the other side of the store to see if it was an issue on my end or the machine. I'm the last person to steal, first to help, I don't understand if she was just hungry or having a bad day but it was an unacceptable experience and hope they hire better faces with kinder attitudes.

Daniel the employee that took my groceries out to my truck today 10/19 for store pickup was so nice and friendly and pick up was so fast. Thank you Daniel for your help. Krogers please consider adding the option to tip online for the great customer service your employees have given us. Keep up the good work Mr.Daniel

The store is alright, the checkouts are always forever. The produce doesn’t last v more than a day or two, and do not, for any reason, use the pickup if it’s important. They run 36 hours, or more, behind on every order. Does not matter if it’s a Tuesday or a Saturday, it’s always a trash experience. I’ve stopped shopping there unless it’s a last minute 1 item pick up. Within spitting distance you have sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, or Walmart. All. 1,000% better than the experience here.
