Nope!!! Horrible! DO NOT COME HERE! I see why they have 2.2 stars. It all starts at the front desk and you absolutely have the WRONG person sitting there. A note to the owner of this establishment: Take a look at the reviews. Overall, everyone is saying the same thing. Please don't comment that you are looking into it further because you are NOT because there appears to be NO CHANGE. ZERO STARS and an ABSOLUTE F overall on service!

I use to love going here and I been over charged for the 3rd time around and done with them. I pay in person and then get billed at home a whole big amount. Don’t recommend them or will be back for they are scammers. And then have no clue and we have no choice but to pay a lot of back and forth.

I came in for a drug screen but their systems were down. When I made the appt it did not give the option for drug screen which may be due to the systems being down. There was no signage to indicate their systems were down and when I initially went up to the window the lady closed it on my face. I was not aware that their systems were not working until 20 minutes after I checked in. They referred patients to Lewisville, however, that location has a cut off time and they do not answer their phones.

I had an appointment at 10am and wasn't seen until 10:30am. When I went to the restroom, there were scraps of toilet paper left and their soap dispenser was "out of order" with no other soap options in there. That is particularly disgusting as this is a medical lab and should be aware of basic good hygiene practices.
When I had my blood drawn, I was stuck three times. The first two times, the lady was digging the needles into my arm for over a minute each time to try to find a vein. I am not sensitive to needles at all- I have blood work done every other week and am completely fine; however, this was so bad I had to ask her to stop twice due to the pain and getting light-headed. I finally asked for another nurse and she was able to find a vein on the 3rd try. They were nice at the clinic, but it was truly a terrible experience.

Kee Kee would do really well in a job that has no interaction with people. She was extremely rude to people in the waiting room and clearly didn’t want to be there.

If you want to ruin your day, go to this place. They will make you wait and they don't even bother to check on you or respond properly if you try to talk to them. The staff here are absolutely rude. They are arrogant and they will treat you in the most rudest manner. 0 stars. You guys suck at your work. Shame on you.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There’s many LabCorps around the same area, it is worth it for you to drive further. This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Extremely limited hours and it won’t let me update on google. Looks like they only drug test like 3 hours a day, during the most inconvenient times possible.

I have been sitting in the waiting room for over and hour and a half for a pre employment drug screen front desk is rude maybe by the time I get a response to this review I'll still be waiting to pee in a cup this is ridiculous

I went here to get routine blood work for my annual physical. I have both Medicare and also a Plan G Medicare supplement policy. Both cards were given and the receptionist asked me to sign a consent to pay if Medicare didn't. Well Medicare only paid partial and apparently my supplemental didn't pay anything. I was billed for over $100. Very suspicious, since I have NEVER EVER had to pay out of pocket for any part of an annual physical. So Medicare patients be warned don't use Labcorp unless you want to pay an unexpected out of pocket fee.

Best experience ever! The ftont desk person, Kee Kee V., really worked hard to help me out and made the whole experience seamless and quick. She is extremely patient and nice and I felt her concern to get me the right answers. I have managed people and Kee Kee V. Is promotion material!
