Never had any problems with the daycare. I' am a 23 year old mom and I receive updates on every little thing that happens with my son. Ms.Jamie keeps me up with everything that happens. From the teachers on down to the kids they love my son. He loves him some Zanae and Ms.Ebony. Pregnant with my second and this is where both of my kids will be attending unless I move out of TEXAS.

This was my boy's first day care experience. He started at 7 months and he is almost 3 years now. All his teachers have been caring and loving. I noticed many kids and even teachers that havent been part of mi kid's journey know his name. Everytime i drop him i get greeted and just like that they make me feel like family.
I do think they need more staff, but at the times of need i have seen the Director / Assistant Director getting hands-on whatever is needed.
Reporting app is easy to read and most of the times i get photos.
At the end of the day i stay about 10 minutes with my kid just free playing.... and if a toddler wants to stay after hours, well that says a lot!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Las Colinas KinderCare. From day one, the staff made us feel completely at ease, and it’s clear they genuinely care about every child who walks through their doors. Our daughter has absolutely thrived here—she’s learning so much, building confidence, and making great friends.
The teachers are patient, attentive, and incredibly nurturing. They provide a structured, yet fun environment that encourages creativity, social development, and early education. We also appreciate the regular communication and updates throughout the day, which gives us peace of mind and keeps us connected to what she’s learning and doing.
The facility is always clean, secure, and well-organized, and it’s clear the entire team works hard to provide a safe and loving place for kids to grow. We’re truly grateful for the care and dedication the staff shows every day. Las Colinas KinderCare is more than just a daycare—it’s a second home for our daughter.
Highly recommend!

This place has a select few teachers that have been there who I love and then the new girls that they staff are a mess. Not only that but they are always understaffed or have new people working there. There have been times when our child could not attend because they did not have enough staff for the day, which is obviously inconvenient for us parents. No certified teachers, anyone can apply for this daycare. Just recently I heard a young lady who works in the classroom with the long red hair tell a child “ Go get you some water, and get out of my face”. She looked up with this dumb look on her face when she saw me looking at her. That lets me know that they talk to the children crazy when the parents are gone. I’ve had to do a sit down with one of the young ladies because of the way my 2 yr old was reacting to her. When she would be around he would become very stand offish and odd and my baby is very friendly. After that day I noticed his reactions to her change to a positive way. Now I am very attentive to my child so this set off some bells because why is my 2 yr old shutting down when you’re around him in the first place? My toddler is very mild mannered and easy to deal and we never have any issues with him. My husband also has heard some comments from staff members and caught the reactions they’ve had with the other children that he did not like. My child also has allergies, and I can’t tell you how many times I have asked them not to give my child certain things and it has popped back up in his log. That’s a red flag, and each time there is an excuse as to why it’s in his log. Long story short, for these reasons and more we are removing our son from this daycare and into a more professional one with a child friendly atomosphere because this KinderCare absolutely does not have that.

Teaches are inadequate and easily frustrated, not a healthy environment for children. they also had a strange man working there and would put children on his lap and act strangely! my daughter would cry when when going in the area of the school, I took my daughter out And she’s doing much better and thriving at her new daycare and never cries when dropping her off. I don’t trust them with children.

I recently visited some day care center around Las Colinas/Coppell area and, I have visited this day care too. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience visiting this day care. The facility lacked cleanliness and appeared poorly managed. I think Improvement is needed in this day care to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Went for a tour to enroll our son. Before it even started a teacher was yelling at a little girl that she cannot use the bathroom, that she doesn't have to go, and needs to sit down and be still. If that's how someone was treating my son I'd lose it. Be careful

Came back to sing praises about my FAVORITE Kindercare! The staff here is lively, patient, and very caring! The Directors are VERY down to earth and understanding! If you have any issues you can come to them without hesitation and they'll do everything in their power to rectify the situation. The teachers there are supportive and open. I can go on and on and on but you'll just have to experience it in person! This is an environment where your child will be nourished with love and knowledge and as a parent that means the world! To have a place that keeps your kid safe and smart is the best!

When my three year old started a few months he couldn't talk clearly or express him self very well. Since he started Kindercare - he talks better, doesn't get frustrated as easily when he doesn't understand. Now that he is breaking his language barrier, my son is also able to express his personality more. I love his teacher and the directors are really good at communicating to the parents.

We used this daycare for a week for Drop-in services because I am a stay at home mom who was feeling overwhelmed after caring for the kids nonstop for two years. We highly recommend! Our eight month old adjusted seamlessly, and at the end of the week, she was noticeably stronger. It was very obvious that they had her playing a lot. Our three year old had a little bit of a rough transition. His second day in particular was very tough, but the daycare was very good about reassuring us and our son. They kept good communication about how he was doing, and made great efforts to learn about and engage him in his interests. By the end of the week, he was walking out of there smiling. We also liked their app system.... we previously had them in a daycare that didn't have anything like that.... and the app made it so much easier to communicate with them during the day. Finally, we found the price very reasonable and they were able to take the kids the week after we contacted them. This was such a great way to socialize them a little bit, and I was able to relax with full confidence that they were being taken care of.

I love this place they always treat my babies with love and care and my son or daughter look forward to coming each day.My daughter walks in every morning with no problem and this makes me feel safe and at peace and my son never wants to leave after he comes from school he tells me I pick him up to early which also makes me feel good. Ms.Jamie is the best director any place can have she makes sure that families here knows everything that’s going on and address any concerns I may have. I love this place best thing every happen to my babies and I .

My 5 month old baby and my 3 yr old son goes here. And it's way better then it was before. They have a new director and staff. Every time I go to the daycare all the teachers greet my children by name even if they are not in their class. They have such great attitudes and always seem happy. They constantly disinfecting everything. They also have extra teachers to float around just in case if they aren't in ratio. So it's always somebody watching all the children. It's a learning center not a daycare. So your child isn't sitting in front of a tv the whole day. I notice there are not TVs in the classrooms like at other places. They actually are teaching all the children how to read and write. Even for my 5 month old they are always doing infant friendly activities. They also have therapist to help with speech and motor skills for they children that do need it. I like that they send updates and pictures thru the app. It's wonderful.
