You all know how painful it is to shop for home insurance. Automated calls, auto-generated emails with low rates as bait... many many phone calls and not much value out of all that effort. Except for my recent State Farm experience through Sarah R. of Linda DeSpain, which was amazing. Sarah listened, she walked me through alternatives, she patiently followed up, she did what she said she could do...100%... and I am happy. Best home insurance experience. This company is different from others; they truly care. Great time to switch to State Farm/Linda!!!

Canceled my policies due to a lack of support when I needed it. On multiple occasions, they did not respond or call back to take care.

Odessa worked tirelessly to get our deductible back after the third party carrier had dropped the ball. She helped streamlined the process to make it easy and stayed in touched during the process. She was also able to help us get a better homeowners policy.
