I did an online order through my doctor. Didn’t even use my insurance that II did an online order through my doctor. Didn’t even use my insurance that I put on there for them to use so they charge me without even using My insurance the delivery was fast so I called to see 4 or 5 times to see if they use my insurance or not never an answer. They just took the $35 when I tried to call up there. They just hung up on me. Very bad pharmacy and here I was going to use them again because of the fast delivery. What a very upset customer I am, very worried …. Took my credit card off-line will not be using them again. They need to learn how to talk to their customers instead of hanging up on them or not answering.

Best place to go! Everyone there is awesome! Sunil is the pharmacist and is very knowledgeable about anything you ask him concerning your rx's. The girls that work there are extremely polite and treat you like a person not just a number like the big pharmacy chains. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Go there and you won't be disappointed.

This pharmacy is efficient and typically has medications that are affected by shortages when the big corporate pharmacies run out. They have filled my prescription in as little as 5 minutes a couple of times. My only complaint is the hours of operation are inconvenient. Nothing about my daily life is routine, and I wish they had the convenience of getting your meds any time of day/night, 7 days a week. I understand it's small business, so I will gladly support them despite the fact.

The single worst customer experience of my life. I received the incorrect number of packets in my prescription and they took no ownership. Not even an apology. Told me to contact the manufacturer. Also implied it was somehow my fault. Never use this pharmacy.

Looking at all the positive reviews for this pharmacy makes me wonder why I was asked by Mr Patel to take my business and my future refills for a controlled Rx elsewhere. You would think that being referred here by a long time Irving business owner that I would love it as well. Didn't turn out that way.

This must be a compounding pharmacy for I have used them several times for prescriptions. I can't get at CVS! The staff is very friendly. I'm a little confusing they tell you. Your meds have been sent out for delivery but it still takes a couple of days to get them only the order has been sent out, not the actual medication!
