They made you wait a long time on the phone. I waited a long time until they contacted me with someone who spoke Spanish. That person never did, and I better hung up on them. I spoke to Cicis Pizza. There I didn't have to wait at all. In a moment, they answered me and in Spanish.

I order a custom pizza. Cashier said it’ll be 10 mins, the back crew managed to mess up my pizza not once but TWICE!!! So I was there for 40mins. Sounded like they were goofying around in the back instead of working.

The pizza with cheese filling on the edge is delicious and at a good price...the service is very fast at least on weekdays...on the weekends you have to wait a little longer...but I love it and my children love it even more

I made an online order of 10 pizzas a day before my event knowing full well it was going to be crazy due to school Christmas parties. I had a friend pick it up, and when they arrived the employee said there was no order whatsoever. I tried calling the location and kept getting transferred elsewhere without an answer. After many, many calls I was finally able to talk to someone helpful. They couldn’t find my order even after they saw my order receipt, all I was told is they could start the order right then. I refused, as the time for my event where I needed the pizza ended. Now I need to go in person to get a refund. Will never order from here again. Very unhelpful and careless!

This location is only used as last resort. The female that works the front is most always on her phone and will continue what she is doing before acknowledging a customer. Don’t expect any hot and ready pizzas. I try using the vault or calling in ahead to avoid the one hour wait for a hot and ready and STILL I am left waiting for the most basic pepperoni pizza. I hate to post such a negative review, but if you’re on a time crunch do not come to this location. Also, there is no such thing as a pineapple Pepsi at this location. Save your money and time. Unfortunately customer service does not exist in this establishment.

I always come to this location multiple times a week and lastnight i made a online order and had a bad experience due to them being so busy but today I was able to go in and Renaldo took care of everything and fixed my order which was greatly appreciated!!
