The term “Customer Service” does not exist in this so-called luxury organization! Inefficient, misleading, no results, constant chasing for answers of monetary refund issue on their part, and the list goes on…n fairness this implicates their Aventura mall store, however as a head office they should and must help Consumer resolve monetary issues. Total disappointment on all ends! I don’t need your complimentary water and fake smiles anymore!!!

Extremely unprofessional recruiters and rude. Very disorganized. I am disappointed that a high end brand would allow these kind of people representing them.

Well I'm not surprised to see that LV has a low rating. We have an item that has broken multiple times and we have had to drive over an hour each time to get it repaired. This time, I visited the Galleria location and requested a replacement and was refused. Associate, Jessica, said they didn't do replacements. She was short with me and gave few options on how to handle. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said he was too busy and would tell me the same thing anyway. When I asked for a corporate number she gave me the customer service number instead. After waiting for over 10 minutes, the store manager, Caesar, finally spoke with me and said there was nothing he could do except repair it.... AGAIN. Really?? We are only requesting an exact replacement of the defective item that we bought. Not asking for an exchange or refund. Is that too much to ask for these high priced items? Is this Louis Vuitton's customer service policy?? For items that cost so much, where is the customer service??? And why don't they stand behind the quality of their products?? Obviously, this item is not at the quality it should be for the price we paid so why not replace it?! We won't be purchasing any more OVERRATED items from this store or LV! Really sad and disappointing that they treat customers, who spend so much money in their stores, so poorly!

Something changed in the past year. The bags don’t last. The quality and shapes and leather hardware softens quickly. Client services needs to be retrained, poor customer service over the phone.

Poor recruiting practices, especially when it comes to seasonal employees, management practices lots of favoritism and none of them hold each other accountable.
