This place has the best prices on appliances with minor dings or dents. We received great customer service from a young man who was patient and thorough as I asked questions. Have been looking for a stove for a year. So glad the Lowe's associate told us about the outlet. We saved $1500 on a stove that has been excellent. I told my husband "I can't wait for us to need a new appliance so we can come back and get another great deal".

Went for a dishwasher, was surprised to see the prices were not great and all appliances were damaged in some form. They did have some decent discounts on furniture and grills that were boxed, so maybe that is the reason to come here. I would not recommend looking for an appliance here.

Found a Great new Fridge at a great price. The store had additional discounts on the Fridges that day. It took time to go through all of them. You can't be in a rush.The staff was very helpful, and front about the appliances and return policy. Will be going back to look for a range.

Love this place, they have the best deals around. The only place to go to get your appliances anywhere in the metroplex. I’m so thankful it’s close to my house. I’m planning and my dad is also planning on getting fridges from here soon and I’ve already gotten a griddle and a dryer and they have all been wonderful

Horrible Customer Service. I had to do an exchange for an appliance I bought there and they were very rude and difficult to deal with. After I finally got that resolved, they cancelled my extended warranty

I understand this an outlet store. But when the refrigerator line on the back of the refrigerator has been broken/ severed. Don’t tape over it and conceal the damage. Other than scratch and dent that you are telling the customer. Anything that affects the function of the refrigerator shouldn’t be concealed or hidden from the customer. Honesty reflects integrity!I don’t think Marvin Ellison would approve !!!Do the right thing especially when no one is looking!!!!

Hi I visited lowes outlet store for the first time on black Friday 2023Was shocked at there inventory and found exactly what I was looking for. The price as even more surprising what a DEAL. Bought a dryer and also the protection plan. Had it maybe a week and a half and the dryer stopped heating... now the Lowes claim department says they won't send anyone out to fix it because "No techs service my area" so why sell the protection plan if it won't serve everyone?

I was in desperate need of a refrigerator since mine stopped working came here and loved they had a lot of variety to look at they have some decent prices which was great they also offer payments which saved me and also offer warranty definitely got that! Bessie gave me some good advice and was very helpful and I got my new lg fridge at a steal thank you !

I had a pretty good experience in the store, with good assistance, and received a fair price for what would have been a very expensive Kitchenaid refrigerator, which was new & still crated.It did have dings, but only on the back. The problems I experienced came from delivery people who were beyond careless. They were rushing so much that they wouldn't listen to me, and I watched helplessly as they rammed the refrigerator into an island, putting a massive dent directly into the middle of the door. They didn't even seem apologetic or to care. They just wanted to know if I was going to refuse the delivery or not. The store was not yet even open, so I deferred to see if I could get a reasonable answer from them. I've since made at least a half dozen calls to Lowe's, , holding on the automated system at least 15 minutes each time, and cannot get through to anybody on the phone to even seek a resolution. I suppose I'll now have to drive 30 minutes each way to even discuss. Ugggh. I may or may not be willing to buy from them again, but I would definitely NOT EVER use their delivery service. Paying someone to damage your stuff and seeing not even seem to care is beyond insulting.

A huge place for reasonably-priced appliances.However, there are a few areas where this place needs to pull up its socks.(1) There is a dearth of associates to assist (though the few that are available, are rather helpful).(2) No one ever picks up the phone.(3) Their actual hours, and those mentioned in Google don't match. Someone needs to do something about that.

The store manager and the supervisor were two of the best women I've met yet. They helped me resolve a major problem I was having with my protection plan that no one online or on their customer service could help me with finally I can get my refrigerator repaired after over 3 weeks of trying to figure it out with the Lowe's employees online chat and do their customer service for the protection plans.
