If I could give them a 0 I would. Lost a $120 T-shirt told me give them 2 days it’s been an entire month. Save yourself the trouble and find another cleaners!

I have used this cleaners for years, I get a message today telling me to pick up my dry cleaning because I haven't picked it up yet. No problem, I will pick up my laundry and find myself another dry cleaner

Price is OUTRAGEOUS. Paid $80 for a rug to be DRY-CLEANED and they threw it in the washer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I dropped off my winter clothing (sweaters, jackets, etc.) to Mac Arthur cleaners. They told me to come pick it up the next day. I went to pick up my clothes and was asked to pay instantly. I asked to check my clothes first and then I will pay. However, when I started to check my clothes for damages, the lady sheepishly came from the back with my sweater in hand saying "I want to show you something". I was confused as she showed me, my banana republic sweater, that my wife gifted to me for my birthday a few months back, with big huge holes on the front part. I was bewildered and demanded to know how could this happen. She said maybe you don't get your clothes dry cleaned enough to know that this is normal. Mind you, I regularly get my clothes ( especially sweaters) dry cleaned and very well know that this is not normal. On top of that when I asked the lady that am I supposed to wear this sweater like this, she suggested "yes, no one will notice". I demanded that I will not pay for my damaged sweater and she snatched my clothes from me, and told me she will call the cops on me. I was so agitated and thought this was not worth my time, so I paid them and left. Honestly, they didnt even feel sorry, and on top of that blamed me that maybe I gave them a ripped sweater to be dry cleaned. Why would someone get a ripped sweater dry cleaned???I would highly suggest everyone to steer clear of this business. Their cheap prices may entice you but it's not worth getting your expensive clothes ripped.

Management and Staff very friendly and service and care of my Dry Cleaning was extremely well taken care of. Recommend anyone needing tailored clothing as well.

These folks are fantastic, excellent service, super friendly, very fast turnaround times. They are miracle workers, best tailor we have ever used, and superb dry cleaning service too. We have been using them for 3 years since we moved to Las Colinas and will never go anywhere else. Many times we have asked for complicated alterations to pants, shirts, jackets, etc., and they always make it happen. The prices are great, but the level of service and friendliness can't be beat!!
