I had to stop by to look at storage units and get pricing they were very helpful informative friendly explain to them the size and the price range I needed and they didn't have one available at the time but they took my information before I knew it they called me the next day as I was about to sign a contract with their competitor. When I got the phone call that they had one available and it was a better price with no contract these ladies really do look out for their customers and their follow-up is amazing I recommend that's if anyone is looking for a storage unit they're clean organized friendly competitively priced you can't get a better deal with better service. I absolutely loved my experience

I was searching for storage & found Macho. Did everything online as far as reserving and confirming I’m coming into pay the next morning. Crystal called me first thing the next morning. She confirmed I was coming in, & had everything ready to go for me when I arrived. No fees as stated online. I even needed to use the Van. That wasn’t difficult at all to do. The Van was a lifesaver and Crystal really made the process so easy. Moving, storage and everything else that goes along with moving cam be so stressful. I can definitely say this part was a very quick and simple process. I would definitely recommend to friends & family. This location will be first thought anytime I need to use storage. Thank you Crystal!!

I was looking for a storage that was a good location with competitive prices and came across Macho Storage. Not only did they meet the price I was looking for, the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating! Crystal eagerly found the size of unit I needed and told me about the truck rental upon moving in. From storage options, to customer service, to truck and equipment options, this place is a gem! We have had our things stored at Macho for over 25 years. They are maintained extremely well, reasonably priced and well run. Ms Waters always has time to help us when we are there. She is friendly, efficient and treats everyone with kindness and respect. She constantly has eyes on the units so we know our belongings are safe. We highly recommend Macho storage - 5 stars +++

This place is awesome!! I've had public storage and they would increase rent every couple of months. Not here!!! Management staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they ensure the customer is 100 percent happy!!!
