Gate timers are not correct. Entry gate time has not been adjusted. Therefore, it’s impossible to be in the garage for 15 minutes (free). It shows to be an hour earlier on the entry gate and the correct time on the exit gate. It’s a scam!

We've been in the parking garage trying to exit for 45 minutes. Worst ever!!!! There is 1 lane to pay for your parking and no attendant. It takes each car about 4 minutes to process their payment and get the arm to lift.
