Patrick is the absolute BEST! I have never in my entire life met a salesman that has so much unwavering dedication to his job and to helping his customers. I want to say Patrick went above and beyond but that wouldn't even begin to describe him. He is so much more than above and beyond! I know he will be my first phone call when it is time to get new school buses. I had tons of red tape to go through trying to get an activity bus for our district and Patrick was right there with me, he never gave up on me and I appreciate it so much! Thank you Patrick for everything you did for us, you are absolutely amazing.

Master's Transportation - Dallas/Fort Worth Customer Service Representative, Patrick Delashmutt, provided our church with STELLAR customer service from the day we began our search for a van for our church in September 2023.As the individual with whom my pastor entrusted the search for a church, I called Master's Transportation and was transferred to Patrick. From that day in September to December 22, 2023, the day our church's van was delivered, I found Patrick to be very professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly. Patrick provided clear details as was expected from a sales personnel, although many sales representatives DO NOT demonstrate such professionalism where it relates to customer service. Patrick ensured that we had all details to the specifications we provided to him for the type of van/bus our church was looking for.To find such sales representative is very rare. I personally and sincerely want to thank Patrick for his exceptional dedication to the work he does as a sales person. Keep up the good and hard work, Patrick! Patrick Delashmutt is extremely attentive and tenacious about finding vehicles that work for the customer. We purchased a 32 passenger shuttle bus that was a great fit for our college. He worked to make the deal so that it could fit into our financial constraints and ultimately kept working after we received the bus to make sure that the product matched what we expected.

Where do I begin!! I made my reservation and did not have all the documentation needed. However, the guidance to obtain the proper documentation was top tier!! Every person I spoke with was extremely professional, extremely understanding, extremely nice and caring of my need for their vehicle. They provided step by step training on how to operate the van and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Office staff was amazing!! The 15 passenger van was clean, operable, spacious and easy to drive. Overall, I give them 10 stars for the entire experience!!!!! Thank you for help making my family vacation a memorable one :)

We rented from the valleyview location in irving tx August 2019, once we got the right amount of insurance coverage everything went smoothly, this we had the big sprinter that held 14 people the bucket seat edition, seats were nice and comfortable, would have been nice to have cup holders for each passenger and if the overhead bins could close or had a way to keep the bread and cups and things from falling out when the road was little bumpy. other than that don't remember having any other issues . Everyone seem to be comfortable . The pricing was more but was really worth it for the 5 day road trip we took up to cincinnati ohio/kentucky and back.

I wanted to email some of the issues I had with the shuttle.I called and spoke with Shelby who stated a 250 refund was fair for all the issues we had. She also stated we only had 1 day with issues when in fact we had issues from day one.The lack of compassion for your customers is disturbing. I was told that if we had a breakdown not to worry we would be taken care of and not stranded. Well it was the total opposite. No one would help up and the mechanic they sent out only told us to “chance it” and we were 4 hours from home.The AC in the back leaked water the entire trip all over the seats. This forced one of the passengers to ride on the floor to prevent from being soaked.Also the engine over heated which caused us to be stranded In Louisiana for 4hours. They only sent a mechanic 4 hours later who only checked the fluids and stated no one can come and get us in another shuttle (which was very disappointing) and no one could tow us. The mechanic suggested we drive it and take a chance since it’s night time and not as hot outside. This was very frustrating and a major inconvenience.I would like to discuss this with upper management to get a better resolution because we are not happy customers.
