My Service Advisor was Bryan and he was excellent. There was a problem with the visit as I did not have an appointment because I thought the tires were just losing air. Actually there was a nail puncture. Bryan kept me informed of the situation and also a mix-up in getting the correct sized tires on the car. He was open and very respectful throughout the exchanges of information.

Check in was easy and prompt. My service manager was very helpful. It was a great overall experience from the time that I got there until I left. I love that my car had been cleaned too!

I brought my car in to get diagnosed for an overheating issue. It was given back to me with a broken vent. I called in and spoke to a Brian to let him know what the service tech did. It was assumed that vents "tend to crack" and I would have to pay for it with a small discount with no type of empathy. Bad customer service. I would not recommend this location as customer satisfaction is not their priority.

John was absolutely fantastic. I never once felt pressured, he was super respectful and accommodating when we kept changing our minds. Corbin was so helpful and made sure I understood all of my options and worked with me to find a solution that everyone was happy with. As a woman car shopping by myself I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or like I couldn’t trust them or anyone else at the dealership. I would absolutely buy another car from them.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Melissa. I understand she was new, but she did not know anything about the vehicle. She also, did not know anything about the keys to the vehicle. I had to later google that. I recently ran out of electricity. I completely take ownership for that. I offered to have it towed over there, so that I could get it charged. I took into consideration that some chargers in the area do not work, and I didn’t want to risk taking it to another spot that didn’t work. First I was LIED TO, and told they didn’t have a charger on site, which I knew was a complete lie, cause they charged it there. Then, I spoke to Stevie, a very nice gentleman and he was more willing to help offering to give me a call back once he was able to find a solution. Melissa then called me again to tell me to take it to Volvo. This is the absolute worse car buying experience of my life. I will NEVER purchase from this dealership again. How can you all not even offer to assist me?

Swift and high quality service. I was visiting family in Dallas and had to make an emergency appointment. Andrew got me in right away and they had my vehicle ready within 2 hours. They were polite and accommodating and explained everything well. Great job, guys! Definitely worth a trip when you need corrective or preventative maintenance done if you’re living in the DFW area!

This location never ceases to amaze me with their attention to detail, hard work and complete commitment and compassion to the customer. Every single employee I have worked with has gone ABOVE and beyond and treated me like I was family. I am so incredibly happy this location opened last year and will forever be one stop shop for everything I need in terms of service & purchasing a new vehicle.

Andrew was awesome. He took great care of me and I felt like a valued customer which is one of my biggest points of note when deciding where to take my car, and even which brand of car to buy (Kia sucked at customer service!). Andrew arranged transportation for me to and from work while my car was in the shop and really helped me have minimal impact on my work day. A+ job, I'll be back and I'll be specifically asking for Andrew.

In an effort to be transparent I must disclose that I was here for warranty campaign items. In any case one of my vehicles was here for several warranty claims for over a week, and of course they conveniently had no loaner / courtesy cars. From the onset the service advisor was hesitant to take my word on anything going on with the vehicle, despite me providing the obvious diagnosis, and remedy complete with video and pictures. This added at least 2 additional days to the process as they had to wait for a special employee to drive the car around in order to confirm my suspicions. While this review is not indicative of VW of America, who actually paid all warranty items graciously, it do not make up for the inconvenience and malaise I experienced here. The new building is very nicely appointed, but don't let that fool you. Part of the work involved the gas tank, which when I rendered the car to them was full. Post completion it was entirely empty, despite their ability to use siphoning tools to transfer the petrol between reservoirs. When I inquired as to why they directed me to VW of America, who had nothing to do with this specific issue. I purchased this particular vehicle new from the previous entity (Metro), and while their facilities were somewhat shabby, they were generally reasonable. Not to say I will be buying another VAG vehicle, but if I do it surely won't be from here.

All I came in for was low tire pressure but they made sure any additional issues were addressed quickly. I also really appreciated Jason checking in frequently with me while I waited and asking if I had time for them to get everything done. And he even made sure to get my car washed. Whoever did the car wash was very thorough and even wiped down the inside of my car. I am very satisfied with my service! Thank you guys!

I think everything went very well! MARK helped out very good! Explained how all the finance worked! He was incredibly helpful! And got a great deal for me. Melissa sold us the car! Even tho she was new she did fantastic! Any question I had she made sure she had the answer or got the answer for us. I do appreciate that! I think they are running a smooth operation there at principle VW. 5 stars across the board.

All details re the service were good. My issue is that I was sold a 5 yr 50K miles service contract with the car. I received confirmation of a 3yr 30K contract. I have emailed the dealership several times and spoken to people at the dealership on several occasions about this, I have provided print out copies of the email with Sales Rep involved and there has never been any follow up - this is going on for over a year and is ruining what has otherwise been excellent performance by the dealership. No one is stepping up to sort this out.

I have had several frustrating experiences with the service department with both Anthony and Waylon. Concerns not being taken seriously, issues looked over. Very poor lack of communication. Most recently my vehicle sat for 10 hours and was not touched, inspected or repaired and I was not notified that it was not completed or better yet parts were missing and it could not be completed until I came to pick it up later that afternoon and the service advisor was rushing out the door. I use this dealership based solely on its location and convenience. Over promise and under deliver EVERY time. Company Will only respond or react to positive reviews.Update to review:8/22/23 the dealership responded they reached out privately to resolve the issue. It did not happen. I have yet to hear from anyone in management. Poorly managed departments across the board
