Z or Zeen ...the person in the store this morning. Rude, unhelpful, refused to help us and started helping another guy. Would not help with the tablet issues. Unprofessional. Will be taking our money and service to a better company soon. Will tell people metro is no good ...go elsewhere. Better places than this. Zero stars. If you want problems then come here.

Wonderful service by the manager although there was some hiccups when trying to address my problem with one of her Employees (Angel) seems to me he has it out for her and was more concerned about who made the mistake rather than fixing the actual issue the number issued was an imported number and I purchased a new phone so it made my phone inactive.He assured me he would resolve the issue and stay on the phone with them and suggested I could go since the store was a bit busy he said I could leave him my phone number and he would call me once completed…….Well not only did he not resolve the issue but never returned my call or mentioned nothing. You can have your ship ? sink over an employee being envious or trying to take down a manger Metro PCs in other locations operate fantastic because they help one another not point fingers.I hope Angel gets addressed for his behavior other than that you would get a 5 star review.

Carlos is Truly Amazing! He goes ABOVE and BEYOND to help his Customers. If you want Great Customer Service go to Metro on 6th Street in Irving and ask for Carlos! He is the BEST!

This is by far the Worst place ever, they steal your money!! That’s why they don’t give you your receipt!! I know I’m not the only one this has happened to, Do not go here unless you want your money stolen from you

I had the worst experience here n by costumer service over phone with metro n I have been wit them since 2016...1st the girl Evelyn told me a specific price one day n the not day when I bought the phone n case...total difference n price n taxes...then the dang phone case was falling apart in tht same week like really. Then i called customer service # n the guy said yes it should b No problem just go instore n u receive refund (I had the receipt btw) I go n store girl gets manager Carlos and says I can try to put it towards ur account we don't get refunds and BLAH BLAH..makes me call by phone costumer service again n when all saud n done he changed his mind n got rude n didn't wanna help me no more cause walked away while I was talking telling him I thought u were gonna put account n such... I left the store like n shock called by phone smoke to 9 ppl (Joseph, Sherwin ,Colby, Mark, Jon, Fernand, n the 2 n store n 1 before going to store) ...finally $20 was put towards account n rest was sent by mail but honestly this made me change phone service n now I'm good now

Supposed to open @ 9AM, my friend and few other customers kept walking up to the door way after 9. Not open. Lady shows up 20 minutes after. No bueno.
