With this service that you have from the metro, people, the women are very poorly spoken and have no education and do not treat people well, they are all the same. I don't know what is happening with the metro and when it comes to you, your clientele, I can't reach the people who work in the metro, they take at the door and only one person is offended by everything you say to the people you are talking about, women who work in the subway and have no education are very offended, you have no respect???

By far the worst phone store I've ever stepped foot in. Upon entering they didn't even acknowledge us. The store manager helped us but seemed annoyed because she couldn't hear us over the loud tejano music they were blasting. They claimed they didn't have any phones in stock She finally suggested us to go to another carrier. I went back at a later time and they were closed in the middle of the day. Save you the trouble and go to Hurst or another store.

Tried to pay my bill and drop 2 of my lines on my plan but the woman I spoke to told me last month tht my password to the account has changed froand was unable to drop 2 of my lines which hasnt been used in 2 months I called corporate and they told me she was bending completely honest with me that our password was still the same as it has been for10 years. They said theyll do that just to get paid so now I'm going to drop my business all together I dont like dealing with dishonest people

My husband and I visited this location today and interacted with Jennifer. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She offered to check our discount eligibility & gave info to take advantage of a few promotions. Completing my shopping with her was a very pleasant experience. 5 stars to customer service.

This has has been me and my wife's go to store for along time. Great service! This is my first time to write a review but I felt compelled to write this. Ignore the ridiculous reviews by that lady who makes up multiple false emails trying to act like different people even tho we all know it's the same person. You know her reviews because they are both the same trying to act like she is this perfect Christian when in reality she is doing exactly what God condemns which is to not judge others that's not your job and retaliating against people. Revenge is a sin. The Bible says not to retaliate and says to pray for your enemy so if somebody offended you then you should just pray for them instead of trying to ruin the reputation online. How do you sleep at night you should be ashamed of yourself what you do to people. Yes you have every right to write a bad review but to take them down personally in the review is wrong. Talk about the bad service and how they treated you but you don't have to go low and talk about the person personally. The people at the store or good people and you're too long-winded reviews will not change anybody's mind about coming here. I think you need to spend more time in the Bible when it talks about forgiving people, loving people and not judging people.

I went in last week looking to get a phone for my son, and imminently was greeted and told they would be right with me, one of the employees went out and explained all the promotions they had going on very informative and wrote me down everything I was going to pay for that day. Every time I step foot in this store workers are always so tentative to help that's why I have been coming in here for the past 5 years always so they most to help out.

While in the store I asked the owner's female cousin (with no name tag) about a function on my phone. After she showed me, she quickly began verbally attacking over an online review that she claimed to be quoting and INSISTED that I wrote. She verbally attacked me in a seemingly professional tone and dimeanor. Clearly, she is a wolf taking advantage of my need for help. She told me that she remembered the date and the review “shook†her entire family because she claims that they are Christians. If you are Christians, then repent, not retaliate and cover it up, slandering whom you wronged. She just kept telling me what a terrible person I was for supposedly writing it. She continued her attack, telling me rhetorically, “HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN IN MY STORE, WHEN YOU WROTE A BAD REVIEW ABOUT ME?†She completely made it about her instead of selflessly trying help me with my phone & instead of being a humble person, taking any constructive criticism from her bad review & growing from it. She could have at least humbly apologized and offered to start on a new path, instead attacking my freedom of speech as a Christian, my freedom of religion as a Christian, and slandering and demoralizing me as a person. She then insisted that she was innocent of the reports on her bad review because I several times used store for help. In truth, I rarely talk to her in the store, but that day she was the only one there. I am a Christian and as a Christian and person in the free United Stated of America, I have every right to publicly rebuke someone when they are oppressive to my human rights, dignity, haughty, &/or cold hearted. However, she kept going, attacking me despite me saying nothing in response to escalate her. Upon her cornering me, I offered to write her a positive review & offered to say that maybe she was having a bad day in regard to the review that makes her mad. She insisted that she was not asking that, but the bad review was not reflective of her store. I know that Christianity is about humility and when you wrong another, you are to repent & grow from it. Her response is arrogant, intolerant, retaliatory, & bullying...sins of the flesh. Those who walk in the spirit, not the flesh are humble & gentle. The Bible says that to slander your neighbor is hatred & is the blood shed if the innocent. The Bible says that if you hate your neighbor, you WILL go to hell, lest you repent. She also referrenced a statement in the review about what she claimed was judgement that she is “greedyâ€and “going to hell.†I read the review, it did not say that she is going to hell. It does says what the Bible says.... The Bible says that to hate your neighbor you will go to hell, lest you repent. The Bible says to make sinners aware of their sin, so their blood is not on your hands. The Bible says that we are to edify each other. The Bible says that God is love, God is judgement, and God is wrath. He is not s cup cake God. Jehovah sent His only begotten Son to take the nails, stripes, & death in our place. JESUS PAID THE PRICE, SO WE ARE TO PICK UP OUR CROSS & FOLLOW HIM. He told Mary Magdelene, “Sin no more.†Love is obedience. Jesus said, “I did not come for the righteous, but for sinners.†This female cousin of the owner believes that she never deserves a bad review when she is so wicked to her neighbor. This is a wicked spirit of pride and a wicked spirit of control. Evil spirit of anger, revenge, and murder are close relatives to those demons. Jesus said slander is murder with the tongue and hate is murder in the heart. The Bible says, “If you hate your neighbor who you have seen, how can you love God who you have not seen?†The Bible says the unworthy Pharisees only love their own family and friends. The Bible says to have no pity on others, God will have no pity on you. When things come easy, the sin of pride easy to live in your heart. Repent and leave me alone.

The people at this place will tell you anything in order to make a sale, but don't e careful because they will tell you we don't know who told you that about warranties its not in the contract. Don't believe what they tell you or you will pay dearly the consequences of believing their lies... My thinking is that because must of the people that goes to this Metro PCS are Hispanic and must can not even write a review, they get ripped-off by Metro PCS. Be very careful of you buy here or look for other place with more ethics or go to a different place or a different company.

I was recently here as I needed a data plan and the lady who took care of us was honestly amazing and needs a raise. I don't think I've ever experienced such great customer service in my life. Unfortunately I can't remeber her namd but she's only after moving here from California. She's a sweetheart and is definitely amazing at her job!!!
