0 stars!!! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!Don't go to metro w your own bought and paid for phone they will hold rights to it if you want to change carriers!Without a contract!! All you have to do is sign a receipt for a credit card they will hold a carrier lock on your personal phone for a 180 days!! Regardless if you didn't buy the phone from metro!!Metro will make you pay for leaving their services by highjacking your property and locking your phone if you don't want their services!!

Absolutely will never go to the store again. The girl that was helping me was more interested in another customer that was being helped by someone else. She wanted my ID and I tried to show her I have an appointment to go get one at the DPS that wasn't good enough for her I told her I'll be right back let me walk across the street to PLS to get a copy of mine walked across the street came back she started inputting my information into the system and when I inquired again what kind of phone is it that I'm getting she said oh she just sold the last one. Why would she put my information in the system then. Totally useless help in this store. For decent help there is another store about a half mile down the road at 3611 North Beltline in the same parking lot as El rancho. Five star service there
