I came in to the Metro store, I was having problem connecting the watch to my phone, this nice young man, Sandy, he made it work. If you need any Metro related help, come and see Sandy. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service.

You activated a line with customer service but the line didn’t work. So I came to this store and the guy working here whose name is Sandy helped me to get this phone number working and also helped me activate my mom’s phone. If you want customer service DO NOT GO HERE, shit, go buy your phone from 7-11, at least they will treat you better Not only did I work for @MetroByTMobile but I've been their biggest cheerleader, standing in the fire of post pay customers, defending phones to coverage. But the FUCKING horrible experience I just had at the store on Irving Texas, has soured me My mom was buying a phone, at first the rep was helpful, but when she quoted me a price for a phone, got to the counter it was $50 more. I don't hold her accountable for the pricing misquote, but when I asked her, she started talking to me like I was dumb. So I repeated what I said, she sucked her teeth at me like a 5 year old. We went back and forth Rudely I had to say "stop talking and listen" She couldn't sync the contacts, which is cell phone basics, I literally had to sit in the store and set the phone up myself. When i questioned her on deals for upgrades it kept changing.
