Aww my gosh 1st off crystal my long time partner in crime not there but I met this handsome gentleman Zain Joto aww my gosh he saved my life and was able to transfer me and my son phone coming from Verizon as I was lied too about my service wouldn’t be interrupted but it was and he did that got us in the door ament ..Followed by his colleagues Ismael,Ever,Javon they are the sweetest group of guys I ever known I pray my three sons can be like these type of men we don’t really find on this earth no more thanks you all love Monica I wish I could give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🩷🩷♥️♥️💙🫂

- ZERO customer service
- They tell something, and charge you too muchore on the system, when you discover what they do and come back they will deny
They are Fraudulent
- They wanted to charge me 400+ to switch a phone line, while the whole process should've cost 95$,, they have high targets to meet from scamming customers
- They told me home Internet is 45$/month, and they put me on 55$/month plan. Metro customer service say they shouldn't done that go back, when I went back they said I'm trying to fraud Metro while there employees are the scammers and fraud
- home Internet is not covered in Irving by Metro/T-Mobile, they told me my address is covered, again they changed my address to Mississippi!! Eventually I got very slow service and if you complain to Metro they will cancel the service because my physical address is not covered
- you tell me by now who is the Fraud and Scammers

I been metro 3 years on two lines. After 3years I want to move spectrum on a good deal .both my iPhone is pay cash.but they not allowing to unlocked my phone.it is wired.no reason.I don’t recommend any one in this service.once you get is not moved other company any more.You have to stacked forever metro pics.It controls your phone ,they can’t unlock your phone no reason.I talk agent as well as metro manager too .they not allowed.wired wired .

Went up there twice to make a payment and was told that they couldn't take cash payments. This is ridiculous . I think that they should shut down that location because they don't want to do their jobs.
