The staff is friendly and helpful. The self checkout is fast. There is usually someone nearby to assist with questions or problems. I love this store!

The manager Rhiannon was quite miserable. She yelled at customers and had a terrible attitude when people needed help. Would not recommend this store as she is terrible

Products were good but the service was not very good . I was paying and I put something wrong so I was trying to delete it it didn’t work so I put call for assistance and nobody came and there wasn’t a cashier.

Came into Michael's today around 11ish and the gentleman working in the back near the picture frames, does not need a customer service job. He seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance measuring a certificate for a frame and when I came back later to ask the pricing on an item he told me he was busy blowing up balloons and to scan it myself on aisle 3, he was only inches away from the register.

This store has been my home store for all to do with paintings for several years . But this time ,I had purchased additional canvas for a charity event to help the homeless . Unfortunately few of the canvas was not used and I had to return . This store charged me for my return for not having a receipt . The store keeper failed to pull my receipt from my rewards membership and processed my return with a 5$ charge . It is not about the 5$ but it simply shows poor customer service and lack of understanding even when I am trying to explain their mistake of failing to communicate on the charges involved. It is a surprise that the store is charging a penalty for no receipt return for reward members too

My parents ordered a lovely custom frame from this location. However, the customer service was beyond terrible after purchasing it. The original invoice stated that the order would be ready around March 10th. Since today is March 9th, my parents attempted to call the store to follow up. Oddly, someone answered then hung up on them without saying “Hello” or “Please excuse us”. This happened 3 times! On the fourth try, the employee on the other line just yelled at my dad! The voice was female, and they were literally yelling loud enough for all of us to hear that our order is not ready. My dad took a deep breath and calmly asked, “Excuse me, but we haven’t given you our names or the order number yet.” They responded, “Oh, I know. You’re calling for [random person’s name].” Then we asked, “How would you be able to know? We still haven’t given our name or order, plus we never used this phone number to call the store or have it on the invoice.” They then snapped, “It doesn’t matter. Your order is not ready to pick up.” We then requested to cancel our order, and she went ballistic! This employee continued to yell while we remained quiet and calm. Luckily for us, we confirmed that this rude employee was Michelle.
We then called our credit card company and explained our situation. They were able to give us a credit equal to the refund, and they let us know that this store is legally obligated to give us a full refund. They also let us know that it is our right to pick up the item anyway since we paid in full. Since we were in the area, we decided to pay a visit. When the employees in the front had a minute, we explained our situation. They immediately called the management, and the store manager sympathized with us. They got with the department manager, and this person was visibly irritated with us. Luckily, the store manager was still with us, so they begrudgingly gave us a full refund. Although we were able to nick this issue in the bud, we do not recommend purchasing from the frame section of this store – or at the very least when Michelle is working. It is sad to state the obvious – don't take your stress out on other people!

Great craft store! The workers are a bit hard to find, as they are always busy! That is a good thing, as they are not slacking off. They are also quite knowledgeable in each field!
