My parents ordered a lovely custom frame from this location. However, the customer service was beyond terrible after purchasing it. The original invoice stated that the order would be ready around March 10th. Since today is March 9th, my parents attempted to call the store to follow up. Oddly, someone answered then hung up on them without saying "Hello" or "Please excuse us". This happened 3 times! On the fourth try, the employee on the other line just yelled at my dad! The voice was female, and they were literally yelling loud enough for all of us to hear that our order is not ready. My dad took a deep breath and calmly asked, "Excuse me, but we haven't given you our names or the order number yet." They responded, "Oh, I know. You're calling for [random person's name]." Then we asked, "How would you be able to know? We still haven't given our name or order, plus we never used this phone number to call the store or have it on the invoice." They then snapped, "It doesn't matter. Your order is not ready to pick up." We then requested to cancel our order, and she went ballistic! This employee continued to yell while we remained quiet and calm. Luckily for us, we confirmed that this rude employee was Michelle. We then called our credit card company and explained our situation. They were able to give us a credit equal to the refund, and they let us know that this store is legally obligated to give us a full refund. They also let us know that it is our right to pick up the item anyway since we paid in full. Since we were in the area, we decided to pay a visit. When the employees in the front had a minute, we explained our situation. They immediately called the management, and the store manager sympathized with us. They got with the department manager, and this person was visibly irritated with us. Luckily, the store manager was still with us, so they begrudgingly gave us a full refund. Although we were able to nick this issue in the bud, we do not recommend purchasing from the frame section of this store - or at the very least when Michelle is working. It is sad to state the obvious - don't take your stress out on other people!

My rating has everything to do with the staff and manager of this location that keeps it organized. I didn't want to give it a lesser rating for my hoping to find everything I needed. It is what it is! This is a big kudos for the store being neat and clean and has a knowledgeable crew who is present and informed and cares about stuff being where it belongs and meets your eye and that is a rarity these days. I had some framing done here last year and it was just what I wanted...y'all are doing great, thank you!

Although I'm mostly a sewist and only dabble in crafts, I do love that this store is carrying more sewing items. They are always helpful, nice and friendly.

Do not recommend BOPIS at this store. I've had issues with my last 2 orders which is surprising as this is the closest store to the company HQ. One order was "picked up" while I was at work no where near the store, and when I went to inquire about it that evening they had put it behind a register for no apparent reason. Another time I was charged for an item that was missing from my order but I decided it wasn't worth my time or effort to go back for refund. Will go to the Southlake store from now on.

The customer service at this store is dismal. I placed an online order for pickup. Upon arrival at the store, they couldn’t locate my order, which was not concerning. However, after dealing with FOUR associates, including the manager, my order could not be located. I found the item in the store and took it to the manager. I expressed concern about needing a receipt. After another long while and the involvement of two additional associates, I was given a dummy receipt. Later, I see that I was charged THREE times for my purchase. I called the store and was told to come back into the store and they would “try” to figure it out. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable. I plan to dispute the charges with my credit card company and take my business elsewhere in the future.I should have looked at the reviews because this is clearly a problem store now. I have frequented this location since it opened with no issues. There are now apparent leadership and training issues that are having an impact on business.

They must be hiring whatever they can get in there because they are the most unhappy, looking employees I have ever seen at a craft store.Everytime I go in I try to get them to smile and show me where things are and they just point with no words.Some young girl, black mask, black bagging jeans, black hair looked like I just bothered her day when I asked her where candles are.Please train your employees to at least smile and say hello. Your revenue is decreasing for your store as the reputation keeps on growing in the area about your employees. McDonalds, Walmart, Jack In The Box have nicer employees than you do.Train, retrain and evaluate each of them like leaders do.

This is a wonderful store with many useful items unfortunately I couldn't find the black poster board that I was looking for but I did find many other items on my list that I could not find anywhere.
