Had coupon for 29.99 synthetic blend oil change at Midas address. Made appointment. Called ahead to confirm coupon. Got there at appointment time and was told they didn't honor that coupon. I asked for corporate phone number and they did not have that either. Store owner not answering phone call.

This is the worst company ever! They didn't repair my vehicle properly and then refused to look at it again within the 90 day warranty period. I had to file a small claims lawsuit to try to get my money back. I went through court ordered mediation and only recouped less than half of what I paid to replace my engine. They must have pocketed my money, because I never got a correct itemized receipt. Stay far away from Midas! The owner is Binoy Sebastian and he will give a quote and then try to raise it at the end - without telling you.
I reached out to corporate twice before we escalated to the lawsuit. No response.
