I had run out of medication while traveling, the doctor was super helpful assisting me to navigate the admin process. Very fast and efficient, getting the meds dispensed was a bit of a hassle they were extremely busy and dealing with computer issues. Overall very good considering the work load etc

I had a great experience. The clinic is clean, and staff is extremely nice. I’ve had a few bad experiences at other minute clinics. This has been the best one I’ve been too.

I was at first very hesitant on coming here after reading all the reviews. Most reviews were talking about bad waiting times and bad customer service but I need to say that I did not experience any of those instances and I was taken care of almost immediately after signing in. I went in for a nose breathing issue that I’ve been having for almost a year and an half now and she was able to diagnose me and check prescribe me the appropriate medication. She was very thoughtful and explained how the medication and recovery process worked to better clarify and for me to understand. I’m writing this review 2 weeks after my visit and with my nose breathing issues are no longer there and I have her to thank. Id say the worst thing about the place might be the wait but I assure you the medical service provided are professional and will definitely take care of you.

Store manager Gerardo is very rude and unprofessional manager and towards women I guess?! One of his associates was trying to get his attention and he not only ignored her but he also ignored me when I made an innocent comment. Even when I was trying to exit the store and the alarm went off because a tag wasn’t removed, when I came back to him specifically because I knew he was the manager. Again, he completely ignored me like I wasn’t even there?! I don’t understand why CVS would hire someone to work as a store manager who is supposed to work with customers when he completely ignores the customers like they’re not even there!? VERY NEGLIGENT!

Horrible service their check in machine doesn't always work and they are in their office just sitting down waiting for check ins and get mad if you knock to ask for help...(with no patients) the second time there was 4 families that couldn't check in and people inside clinic get upset at patients ask for help and claim machine works..they came out and tried it and had problems themselves.again they have no intention of helping people and have a really bad attitude as if they hate their job!! Worst service I've ever had

I just needed a simple 2 set TB test and physical exam. When I was with the physician she said that if I get a blood draw it would be “cheaper” and faster than the the 2 step test for TB. I don’t have insurance but she said it would be covered since I already came to the clinic and it was ordered by her. Next thing I know I’m at quest diagnostics being told it was not covered and if I received the blood draw it would cost me $300+. I refused the service and then asked for a refund from minute clinic and was rejected. Long story short, they charged me $60 for no services and they wasted my time. Don’t come to this clinic. They’ll rob you of your money and waste your time.

Had an appointment for my mother at 2:50 pm . We checked in at the kiosk at 2:45 pm. The Pharmacy Concierge saw us and gave his okay. We sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes. Finally knocked on the door. There was a lady in scrubs with a stethoscope on her neck playing on her phone. She said to check in again. When I told her I already checked in and the concierge saw me, she dismissed it and said she wants to see me check in again. When I entered the confirmation code to check in, their system said we were already checked in. She then relented and took us in her office. I could see the details of the check in on her computer screen, This is what you should expect over here.

Look at the other reviews. The fact that anyone here still has a job completely blows my mind. Had an appointment scheduled, took my drive in a light rain drizzle towards the location and received a text en route that my appointment was canceled due to weather. Woman in pharmacy said they have nothing to do with testing facility. Thats odd because i used your very website to book my appointment. All the correspondence had your branding. This place shouldn't exist. Im writing corporate tomorrow and attaching screenshots of every review on here. This is disgraceful. I might even go as far as getting a job at corporate just to terminate everyone there and then quitting.

After checking online and calling to make sure they took walk ins before I got there, I arrived to find that they were not taking patients without an appointment. This wasn’t a huge deal to me so I made my appointment at the kiosk for a couple hours later this evening. I live down the street so I was going to come back. I did wait for a few minutes to speak with the provider before I left to confirm I couldn’t do a walk in. When I nicely asked her this simple question, she snapped back that they were only taking appointments and I absolutely HAD to leave and come back. I politely let her know that the website and phone recording say they are taking walk ins (I thought that would be good info for her to know in case she wasn’t aware), but instead of thanking me for that info she snapped back “I DON’T WORK IN I.T.”. Terrible customer service, I walked out of that clinic so fast and will not be going back.

The fact that this place exists is mind-blowing. This is by far the worst "clinic" I have ever visited. Nobody greets you or gives you any indication of when you'll be seen. The service is atrocious and clearly no one bothered to think of the patients when setting-up this ridiculous system. The doctor is super rude and after waiting over 30 minutes past our appointment time without so much as a "hello, we'll be right with you", we left. @cvs please just close this place. If you aren't going to do things right or even correct your mistakes after many people have provided you with adequate feedback, don't do it at all. Never coming back.
