Finding the right daycare was a difficult experience. As we toured daycares, it seemed like every facility was clean, modern, had clear schedules and plans, and everyone had an app to let you check in. But each one we visited was filled with unhappy staff and crying babies.Except for Ms. Bloomingdale's. The owner walked us through to see each classroom and every staff member was happy. Some babies were crying, but overall almost every child seemed to be happy and enjoying their day. I don't know if the ratios are better, but they SEEM so much better. It feels like every kid is getting personal attention. We saw kids being dropped off, excited to see their teachers. Everything felt calm and kind, not hectic or urgent. And every room had a teacher who had been employed for several years or more.Every teacher our child has had truly cared for them. Teachers we haven't even met formally yet greet them by name every time we drop off and pick up. The staff is so kind and patient and works so hard to meet us where we are as first time parents and be patient with us as we learn as well.Every time we move up rooms, it feels like such a huge stress. What if they don't like it? What if the new teacher isn't as good? They like their current teacher so much! Yet every time, they love their new teacher and adjust easily to the new routine--because again, the staff here is so experienced and have dealt with every type of child. There are rough days, as there are anywhere, but never have I felt like my child wasn't cared for. The peace of mind it brings to know that my child is with this exceptional group of teachers truly made a substantial difference in our lives. I cannot recommend it more--five stars quite frankly isn't enough.

We started Miss Bloomingdale’s when my son was 4 months old and have really enjoyed getting to know the staff there. The infant room he is in has the best teachers. I know when I drop my son off with Miss Raquel that he is in good hands. She has been easy to work with, great with communication, and my son loves seeing her when we drop off. Thank you so much for giving the mom some peace of mind!

Our son attended Miss Bloomingdale's Pre-K and Kindergarten Academy. The small classroom sizes have been instrumental in fostering an environment where his academic needs were not just met but exceeded. The close, personal relationships he developed with his teachers were instrumental in his growth, ensuring that every aspect of his education was tailored to his unique needs.Warm family atmosphere. Our son always felt safe and supported, not just academically but also emotionally and they laid a strong foundation for his future academic success. We couldn't be more grateful for the dedication, personalized attention, and nurturing environment that he received here.

My child attended Miss Bloomingdale's for a school year and participated in their summer program. Under the care of Ms. Chere, my LO has come such a long way with letter sounds, Spanish, sign language, and so much more I never expected (i.e. history, being able to sound out small but complete words). I am grateful for this school primarily because of my experience with Ms. Chere as a teacher. My child also learned to swim there so thank you to Ms. Dallas and all the swim staff. The school is rich in extracurricular opportunities as well. I was slightly off put when I mentioned unenrolling and got asked no questions on why the decision was made or any feedback. I had my reasons but nothing to negatively impact a review about. I think parents will always know what works best for them and their children. Thank you to Ms Chere & all the staff at MBA :)

My daughter has had the best experience at Miss Bloomingdale’s Academy. Her teachers Ms. Chere and Ms. Justyce have taught her so much in the short time she attended and she absolutely loves them both! I highly recommend this school for your little ones.

Our family has both of our children attend Miss Bloomingdale's Academy for the past three years. We have had a very good experience at this school and feel our children have grown tremendously since attending. Ms. Chere has a fundamental role at MBA and has been an integral part of our children's development. Our daughter has flourished both academically and emotionally while in Ms. Chere’s class and we are incredibly thankful for all her hard work. We are very glad to be apart of the MBA community.

We have attended Miss Bloomingdale's for the past 8 years, and have aged out. It is bittersweet to leave a place where you feel like family. Great staff, teachers and the kids enjoy all the in house field trips and swimming during the summer. My youngest has a special bond with Ms. Chere and we are going to miss especially miss her! Highly recommend.

We have loved Miss Bloomingdale’s Academy! During COVID the montessori school we had our son in increased their tuition significantly so when it was time to send our son back to school we looked for other options. We chose Miss Bloomingdale’s first and foremost because of their sanitation and safety protocols. It was the best decision we made. Watching our son develop while he has been there has been priceless. While not a montessori school, they still have a structured curriculum but still allow the kids to be kids! Added bonus, they have extra-curriculars such as swimming lessons, Soccer Shots, etc that take place on-site at the school. The teachers and staff are friendly and it’s evident they genuinely care about the diverse community of students. Our son had a special bond with Ms. Cher specifically, she is amazing! That said, he has loved every teacher he has had at this school. Needless to say, we love this school, felt our child has always been safe and loved, and would make the same decision 100 times over!

I love this place! We tried a few daycares before this one and had bad experiences. Miss Bloomingdale's Academy treats our three kids very well. Our kids don't want to go home after a long day under their care. We couldn't be happier with the teachers and caregivers here!

We moved to Texas and after careful research, we found Miss Bloomingdale’s Academy. I have bragged about this place to everyone because my child loves the people there. She has learned and grown so much.My husband and I do not come from a silver spoon family. We come from the working class just like many. Nothing has ever been handed to us and are trying to navigate this new life as best that we can. There has never been a time that we have made arrangements to pay & have not paid. And to have Ms. Brittany turn my child around and bring her to uncontrollable tears is not ok. She did that at the direction of Melissa. Because Melissa refused to understand or care that life happens. Melissa showed no regard for us at all. It is upsetting & hurtful that she would punish my child as her father fought for his life in a hospital bed & I myself had just had life changing surgery. All things that we could not control & all things that were very well communicated. Yes, understand that we have to pay for services. But ask Ms. Chere or Ms. Alicia, both of whom have gone to bat for my family & I multiple times, that we are not a family who just doesn’t pay!Melissa even emailed me after 10pm at night telling me how much they “miss” my baby & asking me was I withdrawing my child after she told me that my child couldn’t come unless we paid. Then when we tried to pay we were told that you said no because it wasn’t the full balance. But you CONTINUE to charge us for weeks that my child is refused by you not giving us any chance to catch up at all. Which makes absolutely no sense. Because why would you continue to charge parents who are behind, refuse the payment that they can make, refuse the child, and STILL charge for weeks the child isn’t there because you won’t let them come, making the balance even higher. At what point will the child getting a quality education matter more than a dollar bill? When will it be considered that we’re in the middle of an inflation/recession and parents are trying as best that they can. But I get it & understand that you want your money and I will do everything I can to get caught so my child will no longer be refused and can continue to get a quality education.Again, I am beyond grateful for Mrs. Chere and Ms. Alicia for everything and all their care and understanding. Miss Bloomingdale’s is a great school but just is no longer the school for my child.

My experience with this place has haunted me for years and I'm finally ready to express my experience. My daughter went here when she was 3, she is now 12. They expressed that they had new children coming in and it was time for my daughter to move up a grade, even though she wasn't quite of age yet. This also meant that she would need to be potty trained asap. I worked hard to accommodate but potty training was a struggle. When I came to pick her up, they would say that she was biting and hiding from the teacher. One week she came home with bruises and they would said that it was from the playground. When I asked to see the video footage of the biting and playground falls, they said it would be ready in the morning. When I showed up the next day, they said that they erase all videos monthly!!!!! The next day they said they no longer wanted my daughter at the school. I should have investigated further, possibly even sued them. But I was a single mom who didn't feel like she had a voice. Please pay extra attention to this place and see the videos when you can.

We have been very happy with our experience over these last few months sending our infant son to Miss Bloomingdales. All of the staff and teachers have been so helpful and kind in this process. I want to send a special shout out to Ms. Raquel for her support as we transition him into daycare. It is also so nice because she speaks fluent Spanish. We speak Spanish in our household, so it's nice to know he is hearing it and learning it every day. Thank you for such a great experience.

We started our 3 month old at Miss Bloomingdale’s in February and we already love it so much. Ms. Maria and Ms. Raquel are amazing. It’s difficult to leave your tiny humans with someone else at such a young age but Miss Bloomingdale’s makes it much easier. Every day when I pick her up she smiles at Ms. Raquel and it warms my heart to know she’s well cared for during the day.

Our infant son has been attending Miss Bloomingdales for the last 5 months and we have been extremely pleased with our experience. Ms. Raquel and Mrs. Maria have been absolutely wonderful in the infant classroom and we know our son is in good hands with them! He is learning so much and is so happy- he is always smiling with Ms. Raquel when I pick him up at the end of the day. Our son also adores Ms. Brittany!
