Rude and condescending pharmacists. Go to Albertsons pharmacy, much nicer and more helpful.

The pharmacist administering Covid booster shots is consistently late. Shows up after 10am and earliest available time is 10am.

Their pharmacy opens at 9am, and nobody came to the drive thru window to help us until 9:28a.m. We arrived before it even opened in the drive thru, and after waiting for 30 minutes we look inside the window and the workers who finally showed up, didn't even come to the window, they helped somebody on the inside who got there way after we did. Then when the lady finally comes to the window, she had no type of customer service what so ever. We told her we'd been waiting since 10:50 and she says "well we dont open until 9am" and I said "and it's 9:30. and she says "well i just got here". just very rude. So then we tell her our information to pick up prescription and she walks off, another worker comes to the window and asks us for the same information we just gave her! So not only did we have to wait for over 30 minutes after they opened, but we also had to repeat ourselves to 2 different workers, then they tell us our prescription isn't even ready yet. But when i had called on thursday the week before, they said it would be ready on Friday by 6pm. They are completely unorganized. The 2nd person who came to the window had a little bit better customer service but the first lady was pooh cheese.

This store is very dirty. The cashier space and the money gram phone was all dusty and dirty. You would think that because of COVID, they would try to be clean. It's disgusting.

So, you have to contact another store to place my order on hold that I want filled, in order for me to buy a two day supply with cash; does this even sound right? They are short staffed just like y'all are, now I might facing kidney rejection because y'all are unable to process a simple request!

This CVS on story and shady grove is the worst. Not all the CVS just the pharmacy they are so unorganized. I called my child's prescription in 3 days later still wasn't ready of had it been filled. On top of that they had my child's name as a female name. The staff is horrible, wait through drive thru is ridiculous. Do not recommend this CVS.

I had to come up here and they asked me "What do you want us to do?" HA! How about taking care of business and serve your customers

The store appears disordered and dirty. The pharmacy is very slow. They have several people behind the counter (5 today), but it takes a long time to help one or two people. They seem to have a lot going on behind the counter but not a very good organizational system. I've had to wait a long time very time I have been here, they have to search for my prescriptions even when they already notified me they are ready to pick up. People wait a long time at the drive through and wait on the phone or they don't pick up the phone at all. They need more staff or a better system.

Just go on down the road. This place is terrible. I came here to get a prescription for my boss's dad because he got bitten by a spider. They told me a 3 hour wait. I have never had to wait that long for a prescription unless it had to be special ordered. Well to make matter worse I arrive again after 3.5 hours and had to wait 30 extra minutes because they were not ready. That's 4 hours total:[

This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. If I could give them a lower rating I would! I have several medical conditions such as epilepsy and depend heavily on my medication and this cvs messed it up on a regular basis. I almost always had to correct them because they would either fill the wrong medication, not give me what I needed, all of the above, or some other crazy thing. It was ridiculous. There was probably only one or two people on staff who knew what they were doing, but they rarely worked. Most of their staff is RUDE, annoying, makes careless mistakes, and for the most part they just seem like people who should not be handling life-saving medication. I'm the kind of person that gives a person multiple chances, too. This happened way too many times to be overlooked. It became an overwhelming, stressful experience to go pick up prescriptions. Also, their pharmacists DO NOT know what they are talking about and NEVER provide council. Since I have switched pharmacies, I have already been warned by another pharmacist about 2 or 3 possible side-effects that the cvs people never cared to mention. When I did ask for help once at cvs, the pharmacist who helped me had such poor English (I think he is from somewhere in Africa) that I had no idea what he was saying...and I used to work in immigration and I study foreign languages, so I'm pretty good with foreign accents!!! This place is awful!!! Go to the pharmacy in the Kroger on MacArthur and 6th instead!!! I repeat, do not go here!!!
