DO NOT stay here. Especially with kids, do not stay here. They claim to be a new property but it only looks renovated and it hasn't been completely trashed yet. Our tub was full of dancing roaches. The toilet seat was torn and the lid had a cigarette burn of which should have been a non smoking room. On top of all that they didn't give me the room I had paid for, instead of 2 king beds it was one bed. And the covers had black stains on them idk from cigarette ashes or maybe bed bugs? I didn't want to investigate. Also, mold in the shower as well.Save your money and invest in a better hotel even if it costs a little more. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Prices are ridiculous they don't even offer you a studio 6 unit unless you're paying weekly even though you can reserve it online for one night if you walked up they won't give it to you and they're saying that because they're a franchise property they don't have to participate in the 30 day rule exemption for occupancy tax because they don't offer a monthly rate.... It's called your lowest rate available plus taxes and then at the end of the 30 days you have to give us our taxes back by law it has nothing to do with it being a franchise property at all....But aside from that point I was in a bind and I only had limited funds they helped me out gave me a room for the night their rooms are huge I really wish I had a studio room because I needed a full size frigerator to keep my food from spoiling that night but all the food that I had with me spoiled because they're little tiny fridges and the regular rooms don't don't have enough room so I didn't even bring my food with me I left it in my car where I had a flat tire and it spoiled overnight.... So all the money that I had from food stamps to buy groceries the like two days before got wasted I wasted about $100 of food stamps because of them not giving me a studio room

You get what you pay for. Cheap room on quick notice. Toilet was clogged when we got there. Had to get the plunger from the office & try to fix ourselves, couldn't. Had to request all new linen's, what was on the bed was stained & had hair on it. Mattress was worn out & had to sleep in the middle of the bed.

It wasn’t bad for a place if you want to stay overnight…no deposit unless you stay for a week then it’s a $100…the only complaint I have is not being able to turn on the air conditioner cause it was full of mold.

They charge a pet fee that isn't listed on the website. Do not ask questions about it or they will cancel your reservation. Can't say anything about the rooms because I never got to see one. Hopefully I will see my refund

Actually a nice place to stay. I'm happy with it. Very friendly and they will help you if you have any issues with the room. I've had to stay at a few and by far this is the best one. Customer service is what's important to me and they believe in that. The other places the staff was rude and they act like they don't care. Here they do care! Love this place i was happy to spend my time here

Rooms are dirty and in disrepair. We will not be staying here again. I would rather sleep in the car. However, the gentleman at the front desk Semen was friendly and provided great customer service.

I did not see no bugs, but the place was on the rachet side. My door had a missing piece that made it feel a little unsafe. The window doesn't have a curtain to let light in unless you open the whole curtain to let the public see into your room. The room was dingy. And there were a few shady people roaming around the hotel.

Nice place to stay close to DFW airport. Breakkast is not provided but lot of restaurants and a walmart supercenter near by to purchase food. People at front desk are friendly and flexible with checkout time.

You might want to sleep in the car. Everything is stained. Walls. Chairs. Beds. There's cigarette burns and knife tears in the sheets. No bugs... So far. Smells like smoke. I've been to worse, but I've been to much better. Poor planning resulted in me staying here.

I travel for work and I'm always looking for the best deal since I usually stay in a location for 3 months. This studio 6 is walking distance from the Walmart and the mall which is convenient because I work at Walmarts on a construction crew. The rooms are nothing fancy but you can't beat the price especially if you DON'T BOOK ONLINE! I plan on staying there for the remainder of this job. The staff was friendly enough and never bothered me once and I work overnight so I was expecting that 9am knock that wakes me up in a bad mood but it never came. The house keepers work as a team and seem to enjoy their work. I've heard from several people that the location is bad and dangerous but I didn't have any issues and really didn't see anything I would consider "bad" it actually seemed like a really good side of town. Might just be my country self but it was cozy just wish the pool was open. It looked so refreshing until it rained and turned green.
