We just had 4 hour or less here and put up here by American Airlines because of a flight delay. Bed was comfortable. Could use a renovations.

I flew in to Dallas fort Worth and booked a room here through a third party. I will say that I was very surprised with the overall running and up keep of this location. Hands down the cleanest cost friendly awesome location motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately many motel 6 have horrible reputations and once you arrive you see why but in this case it was the total opposite. I'm thankful I found this location and when I'm back in the area this is my go to place to book. I apologize I didnt get the woman's name that worked the front desk but she always accommodating professional and making sure your stay was as you need. Thank you again! See you soon!

TERRIBLE. Had to call the hotel 6 times before they picked to request a shuttle pickup from the airport. Had to wait close to an hour and calling back multiple times before giving up and calling an Uber. Multiple nicer hotels right next door with better rooms/reviews, avoid this place.

They were able to take us to our early morning flight. They were extremely helpful when it came to needing a late night shuttle getting back. Good place to park through Spot Hero.

I needed somewhere last minute to stay for an unexpected overnight layover and I waited outside of the airport for over an hour at 1 am for a shuttle that they said would take 20 minutes.

Had to stay the night due to delayed flights, the airline gave me a voucher for a hotel and a meal. This was the only one offered that had a shuttle. They were so nice getting everyone checked in. The room was pretty basic. It has a refrigerator, but not coffee pot. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot, that's all I needed.

The rooms are very clean and close to the airport. The customer service is seriously lacking. But if you just need to rest for the night is a good place

I came back to my room late and was going to shower before bed since I had an early morning flight. Turns out the shower didn’t work at all. No water came out of the faucet. It was already late almost midnight, and I was tired. I knew it more than likely wouldn’t have gotten fixed that night anyways. I just did what I could with the sink and went to bed. I chose to stay in a cheaper hotel for convenience of location, price, airport shuttle and parking, which were the best things the hotel had to offer considering all else. But cheaper shouldn’t mean not clean and broken. Couldn’t even do basic hygiene!

It's a typical low cost hotel. The bed was comfortable. No carpet in the room and the floors felt a little sticky. Probably typical for Dallas humidity.
The airline put us up here due to missed flights caused by acts of man delays.

Had a good sleep, good trip to the airport. But upon returning, out of the four phone calls to be picked up, she only answered twice. So I had to call twice to be picked up. Over an hour wait.
