I work for these people in their delivery department under Crystal for a entire week and now that it's time to pay me for my work they will not pick up the phone. I'm going to reach out to every customer I delivered to let them know the faulty business practices Napa and Crystal Martinez.

I've been going there for over 10 years. it looks like it's pretty much a new crew. They're more interested in talking to each other and looking down at their phones. When you come in,they don't acknowledge you. you gotta walk around the store, take care of yourself, and then stand in front of them until they finally look up to acknowledge enough to ring you out. I think I might just stop going there altogether.
