Jonathan and Off-Road Place are the best! I had a stubborn aftermarket under hood lights that would not turn off. They got me in the next day and fixed the issue at no charge! We need more shops like this out in the community that help out in the time of need and don't take every opportunity to gouge. Highly recommended

JT and his team did excellent work on my Gen 2 Sequoia. I blew out the rear Air Suspension and they helped me convert the rear end to Coil Springs. They also discovered some faulty work done by a different dealership during a previous service that they were able to correct. Great attention to detail and easy to communicate with and receive updates. Highly recommend

I worked with Jonathan at Off-Road Place on tires and Magnaflow install for my GX550. He was awesome to work with and helped advise me before the purchase since I had a ton of questions on tire selection and what to expect with my choices. He was super knowledgeable and was great at explaining basics of tire load, tread compound...etc. that I didn't know before. I would highly recommend you go to him if you need any tires or think about going bigger/wider like I did.

I have had multiple experiences with different shops doing after market work like this on my vehicles over the years. I have never experienced one as professional, direct, and good with both recommendations and ongoing communication. I don’t normally leave reviews good or bad, I am just that impressed.

I got my ascend fab front bumper installed on my 4runner here alittle over 5k miles ago. This included wiring a winch, trimming the old bumper, relocating the TSS, and swapping the coils on my 6112's. They did a great job overall. I continue to get my 4runner serviced here. Big thanks to Bruce, Johnathan and the techs involved that I didn't meet.

I was close to writing off Toyota as a brand because I struggled to find a dealership willing to recalibrate my Tacoma’s pre-collision radar sensor after adding an aftermarket bumper and lift kit. After a long search, I finally found Jonathan Taylor, the service manager at this dealership. Jonathan went above and beyond, taking the time to understand the issue and get the work done right. Excellent service and communication!! All the staff were really helpful and welcoming. They installed a Wolfbox 900 pro in my INEOS Grenadier. They had never worked on one before so was a little nervous, however they guys there had done a ton of research prior to my arrival which really proved their professionalism and commitment to doing top tier work I will go back for all the work I want done in the future!
