Horrible costumer service they wouldn’t help my friend and I. We were trying to buy some pens and get some stuff printed and we were standing waiting for someone to help us and they completely just ignored us.

Product didn’t work. All agents are busy, press 1 to leave a message. Pressing 1 does nothing. Store washes hands off as soon as furniture is sold.
Update: I found they have two cords to plug in and I used only one of them. Either I missed that or it was missing in the manual explaining the setup.
I called a different Office Depot customer service and they provided a different number - of their installers, to speak with.
The desk rises but there is still no current in the sockets on the desk

If you need printing help- go here! I went two days in a row, each day was helped by a different young woman in the print area- and each day smooth and awesome. I didn’t catch either of their names, but the first woman helped me with the layout of my project and managed to help a few other customers while getting mine done perfectly. Today, this woman printed my two docs so fast and then didn’t even charge me! It was so kind and thoughtful! And because of these two ladies, this is the only location I’ll ever come to to print!! Thank you!!

I visited this location for the first time yesterday and had the best experience. A young lady name Asia helped me with all of my printing needs. She was very friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the flyers I had printed. I will definitely revisit this location.

Product selection is decent but the staff is awful.There is never anyone around to help. If you want or need help with something, you basically need to hunt down an employee and drag them over to where you need help. Although you may be able to drag an employee over to help you, don’t count on them being able to correctly answer questions, or have the knowledge that they claim. Too many times I’ve had to employees completely make things up just so they could give me an answer and make themselves look better.Honestly, if you are going to shop here, do your research before you ever step foot into the store and don’t expect anything more from an employee, other than using them to get something down for you.

Around end of August, I was getting some print jobs and one of print job pros named Asia, helped me really well. She was very professional and kind. Overall, other store reps were nice too. Asia and her teammates deserve the compliment! Thank you!

AWFUL experience. Only 2 self serve printers and one was out of service. The only one left had a family that was having issues with their usb drive and therefore took up an entire hour on it trying to troubleshoot. I left next door to Target and came back to see they were still “using it”.So I emailed my documents behind the counter and this location has a $2.50 minimum which the manager told me I had to pay even with their printer out of service and waiting an hour!Unbelievable. Waisted my time and didn’t print my 2 simple documents because of terrible customer service. Only came to this location because it was on the way to our friend’s house. Will not return to this location.Also, what might be their “greeter” dude sitting in the chair also rolled his eyes at me - you could definitely tell he was ready to go home.
