Noteworthy details: The staff was courteous, they were willing to assist me with information about my stay, and supply me concerning the location of the conference that I was attending.

Stayed here 3/7-3/8/24. The hotel needs an update in a bad way... VERY 1990s everywhere. Cracked floor tiles, old decor, rooms were ok, but no modern updates - not even a USB outlet...really? Mirror in bathroom was broken. TV did not work correctly. The TV was not working as it was supposed to. Called the front desk for help and the "engineer" showed up to fix it an hour later. He couldn't figure it out and said he'd be "right back." 45 minutes later I call the front desk again and they "can't find him anywhere." They sent up "Loss Prevention" who could not figure out the TV and said he would check with the front desk to see what could be done to make up for the trouble (he offered, I didn't not ask). Nothing was done. Finally leave for dinner at 8pm after 2+ hours of waiting for people to show up to fix the issue. They said it would be fixed while I was out - it wasn't. I gave up at that point. The TV situation was unfortunate, but whatever. The bigger issue was the poor service in addressing the issue. Nobody took responsibility, kept me waiting for literal hours, never fixed it, etc. I know the hotel was NOT full that night. They could have easily moved me to a room with a working TV...problem solved. On a high note, go try the Mexican place, Cielito, next door to the hotel. AMAZING food and service!!

Almost $350 per night and I have seen better kept $60 hotels. The lobby fools you for sure because they haven’t maintained anything else much less done any upgrades in the rooms. Paint peeling. Broken fixtures and trim moldings. AC system was poor at best. Broken tiles. Rippling carpet in the hallways. Hot water is lukewarm on a good day. One set of towels for more than one person - always had to call for more even though they know it’s a couple. Somewhat musty at times. And this was in a SUITE. Pretty much ruined my hopes for a quiet and romantic anniversary with my husband. I’m heartbroken and furious over the money we spent for a subpar hotel. They are resting on their Las Colinas location loins to say the LEAST. Save your money.Rooms: Nice layout. If you want a retro, dark feeling.Safety: Rippling carpets is a trip hazard.

A 30 year old luxury hotel that is very well maintained. The service is excellent throughout every aspect. I was here for a conference at this hotel. The shower controls worked better than most hotels. And the keyless entry latch worked better than any I have used. The view was great! My Update: I returned to this hotel for a second conference in Feb. 2024. I was even more pleased this time. I got a king-sized room this time so I have including photos of this king-sized room too. Just like last time, the view is very nice.Rooms: The rooms and the entire hotel are kept very clean and tidy.Walkability: There are excellent sidewalks and pathways all around this hotel and the surrounding waterway for walking and jogging. The whole region feels very safe.Food & drinks: The LRH Restarant and Bar located in the hotel lobby area is gem. The food and drink are great and the atmosphere is open and friendly.

This Omni location is fantastic. I love staying here. The front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. I called the front desk about an issue with the temperature in our room, and Eli from engineering was sent up to help. He was super friendly, and he promptly fixed the issue. There was an instant change. If you have any problems that the engineering department can fix, ask for Eli!

The hotel is walkable to many corporate towers for meetings, music venues, lots of good restaurants nearby, and there is a lovely view of Lake Carolyn. Rooms are spacious, especially the corner rooms, which are huge. Front staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. And the bartendermade the lobby bar a fun place to hang out! There is a nice fitness center, though you can also run along the lake and canal if you prefer to exercise outdoors. I didnlt have a chance to try the restaurants, but all in all a top notch hotel.
