If you're looking for a decent job I would keep looking and bypass this place management is poorly run and the turn over rate is ridiculous management doesn't care about your needs and etc very poorly ran and it starts at the top with the management pay also isn't good and when it comes time for your raise don't expect too much

My wife had an amazing experience with Option Care Health. They were very courteous and kind from the time we entered and very helpful and encouraging. The receptionist always asked us if we needed water while we waited. I would highly recommend Nurse Patty. She was so nice, kind, and knowledgable. Amazing person. Also, whenever we had labs done, the pharmacist, Sydney, was on top of it and went out of her way to schedule my wife for an appointment when there was none. She knew we needed to come in right away and she made it happen. Many thanks to Option Care Health.

I would give them a zero if I could. Ngoc Nguyen pharmacist refuses to follow doctors orders even though she knows nothing about the patient clinically. Refused to send IV pump that was ordered stating it was policy, but wouldn't share the policy saying it was private. Told us to go against doctors orders and do something different that was dangerous to do and could have caused harm. Waited until it was too late for us to get items from our local pharmacy to tell us they were not sending us supplies out.Avoid this home infusion company at all costs. They only care about their bottom line and not about what the patient clinically is ordered for, has insurance coverage for and is on.Option Care is going to cause grievous harm to someone who listens to them and not their doctor orders.

Similar to the other review although I didn't have trouble with getting an appointment I had big problems paying my bill and they charged off my account before I could figure out what to do- or pay it. They were billing me for an "in home" infusion, but I was getting it in the office so it wasn't in home. After hours of calls to get it switched, and I was promised an investigation would be launched- they just charged it off and it's permanently on my credit, which is perfect besides this. My insurance covered The infusion. With a $20 copay which is why it's so ridiculous. They would not cover in full and in home infusion. I went to Paragon on Central in Dallas and it was like night and day!!! They were well informed, an NP on site who triages you, treated you like a person - no billing scams. Oh! And they observe covid protocols. Option care didn't observe the mask mandate when it was in place. Not settling when you're an immune patient!! Oh! And they charged for me for a ton of stuff they shipped to my house - batteries, extra medical supplies- none of it used for my infusions- I'm guessing this is how they can claim the infusion is in my house? Just go to paragon...

I went to an infusion center and was billed excessively. So the next time my doctor wanted to send me back? I showed him my EOB from them. He apologized and he won't be using that infusion center for any patient. There's billing for services, then there's greedy. Now I use Option Care and the staff and service is excellent! They call to ensure I get everything I need to do my infusions and my supplies are delivered by courier or shipped and arrive on time. Any time I have a question, all I need to do is call and I can talk to someone day or night.

I have been having issues with them delivering my supplies when they say they are. I have been told for the last three days that they will have someone call me and no one calls me back. I am having to rinse my son feeding bag to make sure he gets his nutrition or feeds. They sure do act like they care about their patients. I even spoke with Lindsay with their answering service and cut me off while I was trying to explain my situation and then try to ask me later what was I calling for. This is ridiculous!

This company is part of “Healthy Connections” located out of Houston. There are PLENTY of companies to use who will treat you right, give you what you have been billed for, send things and nurses out on time, but this company is far from that. This company has only complicated my pregnancy at a time when I need help the most. The staff is rude, they do not try and accommodate you unless you throw a fit. Why should I have to get upset JUST to get the things I need from them that they are billing my insurance company for plus what I’m paying out of pocket??? My OB office sent this referral to this company, they had no idea how they really treated their patients and hopefully won’t be referring to this company anymore. Do not waste your time, energy, or money on this awful company. I would leave no stars, but it’s not an option.
