Customer Service is extremely lacking and borderline insulting. Should have shipped my item 7/28…. Now on 8/6 still no resolution after multiple emails and their phone system runs you around in circles.

I made an order through the app, and they sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them, they told me to send them pictures of the wrong item, which I did. And then they did not even answer. They dont care about their customers.

I like their card products but sometimes way too expensive. I loved the Donruss, optic, and prizm sets they are really fun to open. I wish topps didn’t take over football honestly panini is better
