James rocks. Each time I’ve rented a truck or utilized these services, he’s always been attentive, thorough & professional. I just rented a truck and storage effortlessly. It’s the customer service for me.

Morning of October 28th 2023. Receptionist was rude when I came to grab the keys at 8:15, saying the pickup was at 8. I scheduled contactless pickups and should never have had to even have spoken with him. Scheduled the pickup originally for 7:30am but someone rescheduled it for 8am without notifying us. When returning the vehicle the same employee was still there and fast asleep at the counter, the whole front lobby smelled like weed. I left the keys in front of him and then went to my car. Worst service I’ve ever had with a U-Haul truck rental.

I would call every day for a week straight and there wouldn’t be no answer, so called the call center who kindly helped me rent a Uhaul truck. When picking up I asked if the phones were working as James said “phone does work but when I’m not here I don’t answer, when I’m here I send them to voicemail or simply because I don’t feel like picking up the phone … did you leave a voicemail? If so it’s not like I’ll call back.” Which was rude to say!-Dropped off the truck, and when it was time to pay for the mileage that we went over with a different payment method he said it was impossible! Only way we managed to pay with a different card was by saying that we left our wallets home!-I’m not the type to leave reviews what so ever but I’ve NEVER had any issues with UHAUL till now! DON’T COME HERE! Rent from another Uhaul location. Also, it’s smells like straight MARIJUANA as soon as you walk in. Made my stomach hurt so badly, because it was literally that strong!

I had a reservation set days in advance. I stood outside for nearly 30 mins as other potential customers came and went. Finally I too took my business elsewhere.

This is for Metroplex Self Storage.. My mom had a unit here for a few years and they raised the prices on it so high within the last few months that we had to move her stuff out into another storage facility. Staff here is always helpful and respectful. Always clean and secure

The web says that they open at 9 I've bee. Calling since 9 :20 its 10:30 and still not answer I went to see if they were open and the sign says open but doors were locked

So Far so good... We were able to get a truck for less than 40 dollars for 2 hours. The people were polite and we had a smooth process.
