Terrible service, the girl who greeted me when I brought my pet, called me after I dropped her off at the time that, according to the person who was going to cut the puppy's hair, said that she had to cut it down to the skin because it had knots, I told her to try I left it as nice as possible and she answered me very arrogantly, if you want, come and take it to another place, she shouted at me in a very unprofessional way, since one pays for a service, it is not free!!!! If you don't like the job, you should look for another one. After yelling at me, he hung up on me. It seemed very unprofessional.

I always love my experience at Petsmart. I was so grateful one day my precious dog who is very tiny and named Tiny got out of my car in a very busy parking lot unknown to me. He was later found and because of the petsmart bandana they tracked me down. He was groomed that day so was not wearing his tags and hadn’t been chipped. Their service is excellent!!! I will always go there!!!

I took my fur baby to the Irving location to be groomed with an appointmentby Zach. He has always done a good job with Millie's bath, haircut and nails. The young man who took my baby was given specific instructions on what I wanted. It looks like none of what I requested was done except for her nails. This time, I did not see Zach at drop off or pick up. I am very disappointed in the service that I received.

I would like to share my today store experience and associate behavior. I have booked today’s grooming appointment for my cat Sugar at 8 am. I was running late due to traffic on highway and I called and informed your associate at 7:50 am. He mentioned that grace period is till 8:15 am. I reached to the PetSmart main gate at 8:15 am but door was closed. I tried calling to customer care number and noticed one side door and entered at 8:16 am. Your associate Zach was on call when we entered and asked us to wait. He was on call till 8:22 am and then he attended us. He asked for vaccinations report and then he said he will not provide grooming service as we are late. We are late by 1 min as per grace period time of 8:15 due to main gate closure and he denied the service and trying to show that we came to store at 8:22 am. Associate name is Zach.

Horrible experience. Due to my illness my dogs tail was severely matted. I understand rules are rules but after getting there at 7:00 am for my appointment I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to arrive (no apologies) then I’m told we can’t take your dog this needs medical attention and a vet has to do it. Dude proceeds to go sit back at the desk and ignore me like I was a nobody (I wasn’t being a Karen or complaining either) just asked a few questions. I had to thank him for his time bc he literally went to sit at the computer and acted like “it was beneath him) & I wasn’t a paying customer whose time had just been waisted. Never saw him or had that experience with them before ZACH was always great! I took her to petco explained her matted tail they literally fit me in same day and had my girl ready in 3 hrs in time for our flight! Went to the vet today for bladder issues and show pictures and was advised what I was told was ridiculous ! Never going back!

Last Friday I had a bad experience with the manager named Demi at the Irving store. I came in to make a return and the manager said she couldn’t make my return because I didn’t have a original receipt and said that it “states it in the back of the receipt”. She made the assumption that I had already made the return since I no longer had the original receipt although I explained to her I never got the original receipt to begin with. Demi's demeanor throughout the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. When I arrived at the Southlake location, the staff processed my return without hesitation. They confirmed that returns could be made without presenting an original receipt. It's evident that improvements are needed in both policy communication and customer service training at the Irving location.

Brought my dog here for grooming on Friday 03/22. Staff was very friendly and professional. They told me how long the grooming process would take, which gave me time to get groceries taken care of just right across the highway, which brings me to my next favorite thing about this Pet Smart, is its location. Prices were extremely reasonable and they did a very good job with my little four legged friend Peanut, who still looks and smells great!! Thank you very much Petsmart Grooming Staff!!!

They have everything for our baby
