The store was clean and the staff was pretty friendly. Had my corgi washed and trimmed. She is pretty happy and smells great.

Horrible pickup and very poor behavior of staff.
I had a pickup order placed, they marked it picked up without me even going. Went I went there to pick my things, they told me the order is picked up and made us wait for 15 mins just to realize that they had kept my order behind the counter. And then they just casually handed me the things without even apologizing for their misbehavior, wrong judgement and keeping me waiting for so long.

The grooming service here is always pitiful. Customer service from the associates in the grooming department needs to be worked on. The manager did not take the time to explain why she could not provide the service or other options thoroughly and in a kind manner. This is the second incident I've had with the grooming department. PetSmart company really needs to evaluate and retrain all staff in the grooming department including the manager. She was rude from the beginning upon entering and was very short with me and lacked empathy. It seemed as if she didn't want to provide the service at all and suggested I should leave. Please, reconsider taking your pups here. They have really let down the community!!
If you love your pup don’t get him/her groomed at this location ❤️

I love coming in here for anything I need for my fur babies. They have cute squeaky toys my husky loves to play with and awesome catnip toys for my cat. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Absolutely horrible experience with grooming; (with Diana- rude, impolite, and under qualified to deal with clients and their babies. Virginia: polite but extremely unethical will go to the back until your appointment window is up to make you miss the appointment on purpose so she doesn’t have to work as much) So the story goes: the lady Virginia back in grooming please DO NOT GO TO HER. she disappeared before my appointment and then came back after it was cancelled to tell me it was cancelled when I was there before the cancellation of the appointment, while I was frustrated I was not angry and just asked for her to acknowledge this was her fault, she went ahead to tell me that she was right in the back (mind you no customers can go into the back it is an employee only zone): I brought this to her attention yet she said sorry nothing I can do. ( she purposefully cancelled the appointment due to having lots of big dogs). Another person Diana was extremely rude, while I’m having a conversation with my now EX groomer, she goes “No reason to keep arguing go and work on what you’ve got and you need to stop arguing(to me-the client)”- Virginia proceeds to scram while Diana continues to argue with me and then bad mouths my dog saying “why is he yelling at the groomer” (hello? Logic please?) my dog has a bad experience with ANOTHER groomer at petsmart I decided to give CVirginia a chance, anywho she asked me “WHY a ring your dog here again so f. He’s had such. Bad experience? If you’re gonna accuse me of this”. Amongst other rude things. This ticked me off and out of frustration as a CUSTOMER not professional I told her why I’m here and giving petsmart another chance. She proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t be here and never to bring my baby here my dog here again as if she owned the business (business owner please be advised). I asked her the name of the Vet groomers that would take him and she said “why would I help you when you’re accusing me”- again I told them I’m not accusing you personally but you said something about my baby dog I didn’t like I gave you reasoning as to why AGAIN it isn’t personal I am. Letting you know the reason for his behavior, she proceeds to ask me “Did I ask you the reasoning?” (As if I had asked her to enter herself into the conversation with my groomer). Anywho, Diana continues to argue with me and continues to be rude. All I’m trying to say is that perhaps Virginia was unethical in her practice of work, and Diana had a miserable day, however hiring people who are unethical and rude will only deter clients from petsmart grooming at this location. I highly advise Petsmart to remove these individuals from this particular location (8100 Walton Blvd) because this type of misbehavior was certainly not okay, and will remain with me as a customer if action against Diana and Virginia isn’t taken. I felt humiliated as a customer by “professionals”. They are unethical and improperly trained for this job. This is not right, if petsmart continues to hire careless and under qualified people for the job I will no longer be a customer along with those I know. Please, fix this issue by training both these ladies Diana and Virginia.

Tried to spend roughly 1500$ here buying a new (125 gallon) aquarium and accessories. They said it could be delivered, but we couldn’t start that process until the purchase had been made. 1500$ later, the delivery company stated I was roughly 3-5 miles outside their arbitrary delivery range of 20 miles. This isn’t a policy anybody at the store was aware of, but they said the delivery company would call me personally as they were considering making the delivery anyway. Delivery company never called, and when Petsmart called me to check in, they said perhaps an employee could drop off the tank if they could get it in their car. Obviously outside of policy, but I was grateful they were trying to make it work. The next day, when the employee was alleged to have been dropping the tank off, I received no communication from them. I waited a whole day, never having heard anything despite them saying the employee would call me. The following morning (now 48+ hours after the tank was purchased) I called and spoke to multiple managers, who were effectively useless at any sort of problem solving short of a refund. I’m still waiting on the refund to come through to see how much was refunded, but I can’t imagine I’ll ever be back. Between being caught in a web of bureaucratic red tape for a delivery barely outside of the delivery range, to the complete lack of communication from the store, I just can’t help but feel like I was underserved despite spending (or rather attempting to spend) absurd amounts of money there.

Annie R in the grooming department is the sweetest person and a great groomer! We had our pup taken to her every other month or so for over a year and am so sad to have to lose her (moving). She's caring, patient, attentive, etc. and I appreciate our time with her.The store itself is all I need it to be, fast friendly staff & good shopping options. Training & adoption opportunities too!

Very helpful employees. They offer discount coupons for products. I always check the Sale table for marked down food and supplies. Clean Store.
