Tried to spend roughly 1500$ here buying a new (125 gallon) aquarium and accessories. They said it could be delivered, but we couldn’t start that process until the purchase had been made. 1500$ later, the delivery company stated I was roughly 3-5 miles outside their arbitrary delivery range of 20 miles. This isn’t a policy anybody at the store was aware of, but they said the delivery company would call me personally as they were considering making the delivery anyway. Delivery company never called, and when Petsmart called me to check in, they said perhaps an employee could drop off the tank if they could get it in their car. Obviously outside of policy, but I was grateful they were trying to make it work. The next day, when the employee was alleged to have been dropping the tank off, I received no communication from them. I waited a whole day, never having heard anything despite them saying the employee would call me. The following morning (now 48+ hours after the tank was purchased) I called and spoke to multiple managers, who were effectively useless at any sort of problem solving short of a refund. I’m still waiting on the refund to come through to see how much was refunded, but I can’t imagine I’ll ever be back. Between being caught in a web of bureaucratic red tape for a delivery barely outside of the delivery range, to the complete lack of communication from the store, I just can’t help but feel like I was underserved despite spending (or rather attempting to spend) absurd amounts of money there.

Annie R in the grooming department is the sweetest person and a great groomer! We had our pup taken to her every other month or so for over a year and am so sad to have to lose her (moving). She's caring, patient, attentive, etc. and I appreciate our time with her.The store itself is all I need it to be, fast friendly staff & good shopping options. Training & adoption opportunities too!

GroomingWorst experience ever, sarah and the whole team literally handled my puppy so bad that I had to take him to vet directly and he was so anxious the whole time after coming from grooming.. if you dont know how to be professional then please do some other work, or atleast learn how to do your job better.. he is 7 month old puppy! Very disappointed.Please dont take your pet to this place..

Grooming will cut your dog.The grooming team here cut one of my friend s dog. The dog bled and had to go to the emergency.When I took my dog there the groomer was not watching the dog while grooming, instead she was chit chatting with a coworker and using her phone while cutting my dog s hair. Very dangerous.I responded the issue but management did not take the issue serious.Stay away from this unprofessional and unethical team.

Disappointing Experience at PetsmartI recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my beloved pet to Petsmart and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed. The entire visit was nothing short of a letdown.First and foremost, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm one would expect in a pet-centric establishment. It was clear they were simply going through the motions, showing little care or attention to the animals in their care.Moreover, the grooming itself was subpar. My pet emerged looking far from their best, with uneven cuts and obvious signs of neglect in certain areas. I had expected a professional touch, but sadly, it seemed lacking in this establishment.Ever-since we bought him home we noticed he was literally shaved entire body including his bum, someone who is responsible and has knowledge wouldn't do this, it clearly shows their unprofessionally and irresponsible. He was having razor burns and rashes all over his body and he was not able to eat drink or walk at all, which really bugs us as a parents. Out hearts literally melts looking at him. He was super active and energetic and never been sick.Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any pet grooming business, and unfortunately, this store fell short in this regard as well. The facility appeared untidy and in need of a thorough cleaning. This lack of attention to hygiene only further eroded my confidence in their services.To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant for the level of service provided. We are literally charge $100 for a 10months puppy. Pricing at Petsmart doesn't make sense at all, they are literally trying to pull money from customers pocket. I wish companies like this should be sewed. I would have been willing to overlook some of the shortcomings if the cost had been reasonable, but alas, this was not the case.In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Petsmart to fellow pet owners. The overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I will be seeking services elsewhere in the future. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the owners and staff to make significant improvements in their operations.

I'm very disappointed with this location!! I have been going there for 10+ years. I brought my dog in a few weeks ago to get a haircut and bath. They wouldn't take her because they said she had a mass on her face. I told them she has always had allergies and it's food. She is older. I have to blend her food up and she got some on her face. They wouldn't take her in after servicing her for 10+ years. I tried to call back and schedule an appointment and they told me they wouldn't take her. Because of food. The manager wouldn't listen to me when I explained. The manager isn't professional. I'm good with this because they haven't had a good groomer since Sandel left approximately 6 years ago. I'm just a creature of habit. I will find a much better groomer. Don't go here. It's not worth the money they charge for mediocre haircuts and terrible service(the manager).

Do not get your dog cut here if you want your pet styled.Despite 2 other 1 star encounters with this location and having an issue.Diana G continues to shave my dog each time despite showing pictures,going over the cut I want and making sure there was NO MATTING.she just can’t do it and I would appreciate being told I can’t do that instead of accepting the appointment. Then tried to convince me she did what I said.then trying to get a refund and the cashier treated me as though I was the problem for wanting my refund. I will not be booking with her or this location again.

Didn't like it very much because they don't have a good fish section. Also, I didn't think the service was very friendly. There is no service in the fish section, but there aren't really any fish either, So, there is no reason to need service in the fish section, when there is nothing good to buy anyway.The only place you can receive service assistance is at the cash register, after you've picked out all your items that you want to purchase.The cashier had kind of a nonchalant, cavalier attitude as if she might rather be doing something else. I would rather check myself out at a kiosk than to deal with that. They did have cobalt fish food, but the prices are too high on most products. I hate how they always ask you to announce your phone number in front of other customers.Needless to say, no one greeted me when I came in, and I wasn't treated like a valuable customer.I don't think the cashier was genuinely happy to have my business, and I don't know why should she even care? I don't think the staff were very knowledgeable in their field of providing outstanding customer assistance, but the bathroom was pretty clean at least.
