Don't get me wrong, my frose pop was SUPER yummy! I enjoyed every bite. But, I had no idea I was paying extra for chocolate on top, and very little of it! I initially said I didn't want any, but then I felt like I was missing out on something that normally came with it, so I said to just add a little. Had I known it was almost $2 extra, I totally would have skipped it. So...nothing wrong with the flavor, but when it was all said and done, with the topping and a tip, I basically paid $10 for a popsicle. Definitely not worth $10.

Awesome flavors including boozy pops! I got the refreshing pineapple ? mint this time and it was delicious!! Highly recommend!!

Man this place was very different, I was going to turn away cause I am not a pop ice cream person but they had other stuff as well so I got a cookie and cream ice cream sandwich with white chocolate. Guys when I tell u that ice cream was soooooo good it's gone

First time going here this Saturday and it was delicious! Excellent service! I will say there was a woman harassing an employee who seemed very busy and was trying to handle everything on her own. That customer ruined my first experience a bit, but that’s not enough to keep me from going again!

Worst experience ever! The employee was very rude and ignorant. She should be fired to start with. I wonder how she was hired in the first place.Saturday Night February 24 around 9:30 we went there and the girl who was working there was so rude she didn’t talk, respond to anything we asked her.I ordered a Cookies and cream macaroon she gave 2 popsicle mango and cookies and cream flavored. I told her I ordered macaroon.She walked away from the counter and started helping other guests, she served 3 guest, 1 to go order and I’m still at the counter waiting.When the other guests came to pay she’s like “MOVE” HUH.Ridiculous at this point her behavior!She finally got around and gave me the macaroon but she had charged me for 2 popsicles instead a macaroon which she owes me a refund for.She’s like it’s the same and walked away again to help other guests.I said there is a price difference can you please adjust? She did the same thing again walked away and helped everyone else. Wouldn’t talk, look at me or ever care to help.After waiting 15 minutes I got mad and said you owe me a refund I would appreciate you will get this done now. I have been waiting for a long time.Without saying a word she started to do something on the register I hoped she trying to get me a refund.Amazingly she started texting someone and ignored me again totally. Then she went cleaning! But no word of getting a refund or apology for getting my order wrong and treating me this way.***NOTE TO OWNER***PLEASE PULL UP YOUR “CAMERA” AND SEE HOW SHE INSULTED ME, MADE ME WAIT THERE 45 MINUTES AND STILL DIDN’T CARE TO RESPOND.I NEED ACTION TAKEN AGAINST SUCH PEOPLE. IT WAS HUMILIATED AND PAINFUL TO SEE HOW WAS I TREATED FOR WHAT SHE DID WRONG. SHE LITERALLY DID NOT CARE.I WAS HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF OTHER GUESTS BECAUSE I TRIED TO TALK TO HER SHE WOULDN’T AND HELPED OTHERS AND IT WAS WEIRED PEOPLE STARING AT ME. SHE LITERALLY VERBALLY PUSHED ME AWAY FROM THE REGISTER SO MANY TIMES IN FRONT OF PEOPLE.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE HUMILIATED.

I'm a huge ice cream fan so had to come check out Pop Factory. We were visiting from out of town and loved this place so much we had to come twice. We tried froze, pina colada,banana Nutella, and coffee popsicles. We also enjoyed their waffle covered in chocolate. They were all so delicious. Highly recommend this place. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the customer service could've been better. Both times we went we were not greeted and both young ladies were lacking customer service skills.

Cucumber lime with chamoy and tajinWatermelon with chamoy and tajinVery good all year round.Yall just have to have patience when an event is going on. From time to time the waits can be long due to workers trying to make the Popsicles look nice.

Nice spot to grab a treat. It's not an ice cream shop, but there's a great variety of ice cream or fruit popsicles. Bring your choice to the next level by having it covered in chocolate and other toppings.Seating inside is very limited, so don't plan to sit down with a big group.Parking: Parking can be validated. In general, most of the time you're going to be able to find a spot.

Passed this place by accident and decided to go in for a little snack. Ended up getting 3 different snacks because I couldn’t decide among so many yummy-looking items. So happy we stopped here! Will be back for sure.

Wow wow wow. Incredible quality chocolate. They’re not stingy with toppings and the popsicle is divine. Will definitely be back!

Average ice cream for an above average price. Not terrible but nothing special. Might be a good place to check out while it's still hot outside.

Tried a chocolate pop and it was pretty good, with a drizzle of nutella on top. They have a good variety of flavors ranging from the classics to more sophisticated ones. I’d like to go back and try other flavors.
