They charge inconsistent prices and recently raised the cost by over 35%. I first got a haircut there at the end of January, and it was $55. When I rebooked last week for the same service, the price had jumped to $75. I double-checked my old receipts to be sure, and the difference was real.
When I called Sam to ask about the increase, he first said it was because they styled my hair. I explained that the haircut and styling were exactly the same as last time. Then he changed his reason and said it was because my hair was longer. My hair was only about an inch and a half longer—not nearly enough to justify a $20 price hike.

Susan and Sam are amazing! After reading all the great reviews, I know I needed to try them out. My hair has never looked so great! I had a cut and highlight done and they took such great care of me! They know how to deal with all kinds of hair types and are knowledgeable of several techniques to keep your hair healthy and looking great!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon . I arrived just a few minutes late for my appointment and was turned away immediately. What’s frustrating is that when I came here previously with a friend, we arrived on time but had to wait over 30 minutes because they were still working on another client. It’s really unfair and unprofessional to expect clients to wait for them, but not show any flexibility in return. This double standard shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. I won’t be coming back.

I visited this salon for the first time for a haircut, and it was a disappointing experience. First, Suzanne cut my hair way shorter than the length I had shown her, which is frustrating. Second, when she was done, I politely asked her to take another look at the layers on the sides, as they sort of seemed uneven to me, and she became defensive and hostile. Instead of addressing my ask reassuringly, she responded with, “I know what I’m doing, you saw me check already. You’re making me nervous. We are not a $15 cut salon…”
I was shocked by her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. A stylist should be open to client feedback, especially when it comes to their own hair. Suzanne was hostile and unwilling to engage normally in response to my question about my haircut layers. She obviously needs coaching on how to treat customers. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I recently took my son to a local pro image salon for haircuts, and we had such a great experience! The service was fantastic, and you could really tell that the owners care about making their customers happy. They took the time to listen to what we needed, showing how dedicated and skilled they are at what they do. We left feeling great!

I walked into this salon for a hair cut. Suzanne is Impolite. Horrible experience. Disrespectful towards culture and clients. She is cutting clients hair but does not want client to say anything about what they want! Ridiculous!
There are a lot of reviews here which mentions how racist she has been to customers. Susan/ Suzanne had this long conversation with me about how she does not like American clients and how demanding they are.
The whole conversation and experience made me super uncomfortable. Not worth going here.

Chase was amazing. It was my first haircut with him and I couldn’t be more pleased. He took time to understand what I needed and then explained what he would do to achieve that look. The massage while washing my hair was so relaxing. Haircut and styling was reasonable compared to some places.
